  1. Past hour
  2. Agree I don’t hate Bryce. I think he wants to be good but is limited and can’t. I will pull for him as long as he is my QB. I just hope it’s not all that long.
  3. Got my brother and his son watching Panthers games now. One of my old coworkers i talk to on the phone a lot has started watching the Panthers too. All of them say the same thing" we wouldn't mind watching and pulling for the Panthers, but that little Qb keeps making mistakes ". What do i tell them?
  4. They have to get rid of the worst rule in sports. Fumbling through the endzone resulting in a turnover and a touch back is something everyone agrees is awful. Get rid of it.
  5. I seem to remember a few people touting him as a potential hire. Don’t remember a lot of that process in detail any more
  6. Yeah I might have misunderstood the premise a little. I’ve said plenty of nice things about him personally. Non football.
  7. Add in the stubborn and intentionally blind but very vocal stans as a major irritant and I am exactly there.
  8. I’d take Jayden Maiava with a day 2 pick and sit him for a year or two. I love his potential and make-up. There’s a lot to love there….and also enough that needs polish and time to acclimate. Give me a “Canales” type vet on a 2-year deal to bridge the gap until Maiava is ready to start. IMO, a guy like Geno, Jameis, or Daniel Jones is here this year and we’re more of a 8-4 team than 6-6. I know they both didn’t live in HI at the same time but the respect he and TMac would have for one another could create a wonderful connection long-term.
  9. I am just tired of Bryce at this point. Let's just end this and move on to the offseason knowing the Bryce era is over.
  10. If that happened with a healthy Young I would be happy to watch Andy mainly due to what it would mean. We could be set free. And I wouldn’t mind Andy getting a shot at a better farewell game than he has right now. If he doesn’t play any more and maybe redeem himself he is going out in a bad way off of that crap he put down a few weeks ago.
  11. Go Michigan! Let’s get some upsets going today
  12. That depends, who is his QB,does the coach get to pick his own or is he forced to play a bust for two seasons.
  13. This... 100%... The way all this has gone down has really been so deflating.
  14. I agree the post is a bit ridiculous and there's so many worse players overall because of off field attributes. Bryce is seemingly pretty likeable off field. But in terms of on field, I would argue he has done more damage to my personal enjoyment of watching Panthers football than any other player because we're 40 games in to it. There are absolutely worse players. Fields may be the only one that's been given more chances, and (I know this is purely subjective) I find him more fun to watch even if he is also infinitely annoying in his inability to put it together. I'd still never say he's my least favorite player. But man, I can barely watch Panthers games these days and I get so deflated when I realize it isn't one of his decent games we get every 5+ games. But at least the D resurgence has me enjoying seeing DB chuck people across the field.
  15. We need Chatty and Slavin healthy. They really limit the mistakes our sketchier defenseman make.
  16. I agree the fact that the FO doubled and then tripled down on this, built the entire team around him and he is still at best the 31st best starting QB in the league makes this way worse than it would have been had he just sucked and everyone acknowledged that and moved on. Now it just gets to a point where you have to wonder why waste your time watching this every Sunday. Imagine a 2 year old coming up to you to tell you a story, and you being actually invested in the plot of the story, the character development etc. Thats what people that continue to watch the BY Panthers look like to me.
  17. Today
  18. I'm talking about on the field watchability. Even if Bryce sucked but was still occasionally entertaining I don't think I would have stopped watching in week fuging 1. And I don't think he is a bad person at all either, but that doesn't mean he should continue to be the Panthers QB, and frankly if you compare almost anybody to murders, sociopaths etc that person will come out looking like a great human being.
  19. No one wanted Shane Stichen to come here, that's the guy I wanted. Not like it would have mattered,he was allowed to replace his highly drafted bust QB while we were forced to keep putting ours out there. That's why Tepper can't get any quality coaches and I will die on that hill. Owners should not be making roster decisions, especially decisions on who is starting.
  20. Yea none of those guys made me willingly miss Panther games,Bryce has. And I'm not the only one, a lot of us feel this way. He has to go after this season, Idgaf what he does down the stretch ,when the season is over take his football career out back and put us out of our misery I really don't give af that he is all nice and gee whiz golly off the football field. Aww shucks. Mickey mouse looking motherfuger.
  21. Because he never was all that,it was bullshit, I don't know why this guy was hyped so much. He wasn't that great at Alabama either. Mac Jones was a better QB for Alabama and I didn't want anything to do with him coming out of college. The Bryce poo was a total mind fug.
  22. That's what they were saying about Nick Sirianni about 2 seasons ago. He also has a .700 winning percentage. People also called Dan Campbell a lunatic upon his hiring.
