Yeah...No. When John Elway did it, it was entitled behavior. When Eli Manning did it, it was entitled behavior. Those two guys were significantly better quarterbacks than Sanders, and thus way better positioned to act like brats than Sanders was, but that doesn't excuse their actions. My guess would be either Sanders, or more likely...his dad, thought he was on their level. The NFL disagreed. The guy he ultimately ends up bearing a closer resemblance to is Pat White from WVU. White didn't refuse to be drafted by any particular team, but he let it be known in team interviews that he would not play a Kordell Stewart "slash" type role (back when that was popular). That dropped him on a lot of draft boards, and he wound up being nothing special at the pro level. I've long believed his attitude was part of that. His athletic skills were phenomenal and he was great at the college level, but hIs NFL career is basically a footnote. Sanders Will likely be more memorable than White was, but probably more so for highlight reels than actual success.

His attitude issues are well documented. I was a big fan of the situation when he and dad went to Colorado. It was the way the treated people that turned me off from them. Maybe he's been humbled. Maybe he will be good. He's not coming here so I dont know why it's such an ongoing topic.

Yep. Football can be a crazy game. If you're on an NFL roster you have the ability to play well if the stars align, especially if your opponent is overlooking you. That third stringer was probably all state in HS and all conference in college. You would've had that game circled on the calendar to face him back in those days and ain't nothing changed now. He's still him.

Rams were theoretically licking their chops at our depleted defense last week.....and turned the ball over 3 times. I mean, it still a good thing. Sometimes it takes a week or so for the weak links to really show what makes them so weak. And sometimes, Derrick Brown is just there and any downgrade is hopefully a problem

Even if you are somehow blaming Mahomes for that game, he isn't having a bad season overall by anyone but HIS standards. I'd be floored if Bryce was at 63% completion percentage, close to 4500 yds and 34 Total TD's. Sign me up for that kind of failure.

That's true but honestly I've been very surprised with how well his talent level has translated to the NFL. The guy looks to have legit franchise QB tools. I did not anticipate that. I basically thought that Kirk Cousins was probably his absolute ceiling.
