  1. Past hour
  2. How many 100something yard games has he had this season? There's 'bad' games where he literally loses the game for you and then a whole host of games where he makes sure you're uncompetitive.
  3. He's coming up to three years of starting in the NFL. Genuinely, how long would his highlight tape be of "wow" throws? A minute, tops?
  4. He's probably #2 right now. He's got to make some noise in the playoffs like Canales will need to if they want to be taken seriously.
  5. everything I know about biceps tears, I don't see any way he is back this season
  6. Looking at All Pro or Pro Bowl is meaningless. If Icky was the LT for the Chiefs he'd be a perennial pro bowler. Panthers get shafted in these every year because small market + ass for the past 5 years.
  7. Technically, that's a D,D,D,D,D,D,D,D,D,DD,D,DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!!!!!
  8. He is a lock at the moment. He would have to get bounced from the playoffs un embarrassing fashion to even have the voters question it. Canales would have to get to the nfc title game i would imagine to even enter the conversation.
  9. I'd normally play it safe and say Alabama, Ohio St and Georgia - but I can only think of Etienne from Georgia and Ransom from OSU (granted I've no idea where half the FAs went to school).
  10. It doesn't matter. Pay him whatever is needed, it'll be outside the top 10 and look like a good deal in 2 years when others get extended and the cap goes up. We won't be paying Bryce next year (at least praying we won't do that) so still have flexibility with cap.
  11. When do they have to vote? With all the dysfunction in Chicago and the stories coming out about Calab earlier this year, I'd go with Ben Johnson.
  12. Alabama - Bryce, Robinson (bound to be another one or two knocking around) USCe - Legette, Horn, Dowdle (probably someone else knocking around) Notre Dame - Tremble, Evans Texas - Brooks, Sanders If we're sticking to the 53 man roster rule then, erm... Texas A&M
  13. I can't see anyone but Vabrel getting it. He turned that team around in a big damn hurry.
  14. I wish I could pie you 100 times. It really is this simple. PS. Brown and Horn are both living up to, if not exceeding their contracts.
  15. I don't remember. It came up during training camp I think. I could have been last year. But they have 2 coaches for the oline. One for tackles and one for guards and center. I would have to look at the staff listing to get you their names but you can do that yourself.
  16. Seriously. It's a Twitter poll, not the Heisman trophy. He should just go cast his vote for another NFC team and move on.
  17. Nah. Seen quite a few more than that. The throws I'm talking about are the throws, usually long ones, the receiver has a DB draped on him like wet paper onto the hands without slowing down, in a window so small the ball is through as it slams shut. To me, that's just as amazing as the Beckham catch. Perfect placement, perfect timing, perfect arc, spin drift, Coriolis effect, everything. Those are what I consider darts.
  18. “All I know is you’ve spent a lot of time and energy arguing that a Panthers player doesn’t deserve national recognition for their performance. That just seems like an odd stance for a fan to take.”
  19. QBs win MVP (year, month, week, whatever timeframe you want) all the time where it 100% should go to a RB, WR, CB, DE, etc. QBs with a hot week will always be discussed in these type of meaningless awards. You are seriously overanalyzing this.
  20. I nominate Raheem Morris for still having a job.
  21. That is crazy. I didn't know that. Goodwin? Who is coaching the tackles? The interior?
  22. You’ll have a day here and there where you do make a couple extra birdies and you hold the rest of it together and get a score out of your norm. But that isn’t every day or three out of every four days.
  23. his name should be in contention according to stupid AI stuff, here's the criteria. Dave checks most, if not all, of the boxes Key criteria for the award Team improvement: A significant year-over-year improvement in wins is a common factor. Elite record: Achieving a winning record, often with 10 or more wins, is a strong indicator. Overcoming adversity: Success despite injuries or other significant challenges can make a coach a strong candidate. Narrative: The award is often narrative-driven, rewarding coaches who are seen as having a breakout season or turning around a struggling team. Lack of a star quarterback: Coaches are more likely to be credited if their quarterback is not perceived as an elite, MVP-caliber player.
  24. For such an easy pass I see top QB's every week overthrow deep balls. Timing and accuracy on deep throws is not the same at all as throwing against air. Dropping dimes might be harder than throwing dots.
