If Miami had played last might and lost they'd be put along with BYU and ND would've been in. The whole "championship game losses don't hurt you" narrative would've died an awful death. LOL

I've been saying the Bucs are not the team some have anointed them to be. They can be solid they can be really good at times due to some of the talent they have taking over games but on the whole compared to past iterations of division rivals they are certainly vulnerable and Baker despite all the hype still has those wtf games. Man I really hope this team turns a corner from here and stomps a mud hole in the Saints in New Orleans. The stars are aligned. If there was ever a time to put up or shut up it's now.

Notre Dame was playing well and are a good team but on paper they didn’t beat a top team and lost the 2 games they played against them. I think they got it right considering the rules/criteria.

Before we played the Niners, I thought our best realistic hope was to enter our first game with them at 7-7 and them at 9-5. That would've given us a shot at sweeping them and ending the year with both teams at either 9-8 or 10-7 and we'd have the H2H tie breaker. Who knew we'd shock the Rams and they'd fall to the Saints. At this moment in time, this is so much better than even what I thought was reasonable to hope for.
