  1. Most frustrating part of being a Charlotte sports fan rn is watching the Hornets and Panthers play zone all game due to personnel.
  2. They got who they wanted and Fitterer pulled more draft capital out of thin air.
  3. Trading Bridgewater, skipping Fields, and picking up his option is a nice confidence booster too I'd imagine
  4. His passing game is underrated and I feel really good about this staff's ability to develop him. Catching has to improve (extremely Manhertz in that regard) but he has plenty of role models here and when he gets the ball in his hands he's more athletic than Thomas or Olsen even. Also plays with more ferocity which bodes well for his work ethic. He's going to get a lot of open looks because of the attention on everyone else. Great situation for all involved.
  5. Most prepared and strategic the war room’s ever been. Love how Fit is trying to trade into the right spots to grab their targets instead of reaching for crushes.
  6. Incredibly small sample but clearly more athletic than Manhertz and looks close to if not on par with Thomas out the gate to me.
  7. I just want to know about this injury. If he stays healthy we just got an elite prospect and reunited him with his championship coach, but I feel like it’s gotta be really concerning for him to fall this far.
  8. I read only 7 total out of 55 catchable passes. That’s like Ginn on an average Sunday.
  9. He’s fast enough to play outside so DJ is going have opportunities to EAT in the slot
  10. If they like any OT heads and tails over there rest they need to trade above the Bengals or they're playing with fire. I'd be really happy with Little. I love his upside and I think all of our screens and sweeps in the backfield would hide his run blocking.
  11. Yeah but if they hadn't stumbled upon their franchise QB in the third round when they did they may have never capitalized on it. I agree with you though. Elite defenses take more pressure off the offense than the reverse. If we fix the defense we're a QB away from being scary.
  12. Seattle comparison's hard because the planets just aligned for them with Wilson
  13. The defense needs it. Ever since the SB run there's been too much weak and whiffed tackling. I enjoyed Eric Reid's time here because at least he would clock dudes.
  14. Erving was the starting LT for half of the Chief’s SB run while Fisher recovered. Moton of course. We don’t have a franchise LT but we do have stopgap options still.
  15. FWIW while I do think people are sleeping on Slater, Horn is the better there too. If there's any silver lining our bar for a starting LT is rather low at the moment. We just need a competent starter not an all-pro
  16. Been slowly coming to this conclusion too while digging into who's left. If we use it on a LT we're going to be passing up better prospects on defense. Time to send some more bitcoin Okung's way.
  17. Dillion Radunz was the highest graded tackle in one-on-ones, practice, and the game itself.
  18. Atlanta turned the CB need into an emergency and Detroit sniped Sewell from us. Lot of people saying there’s starting linemen in the second so I think that’s where we’re going next. Agree with the logic but they’ve set the bar super high for dude. He’s gotta be a shutdown corner or bust now. And if Fields blows up Tepper’s mounting Rhule’s head next to the brass balls.
  19. Boy I hope so. I'm mentally preparing for Pitts.
  20. It’s Cam. Can’t name another capable of some of the stuff he pulled off on the ground and he had an arm like Favre. First QB I’ve seen defenses consider physically intimidating.
  21. It's in best Teddy's best interest to get out ahead of the draft I can't give him that one
  22. If we can get a nice center this squad will be contenders. Got LaMelo ball leading this breakneck offense and Biz can't catch a pass in the paint to save his life.
