By the 3rd quarter I expect the Rams to be raffling series at QB to their fans in the stands and Stafford to be on a charter back to LA

From the looks of it at least Moehrig was doing something to try and slow that offense down

If they could just forfeit and take the double buy week that would be better for everyone's health.

He isnt a lock but he doesnt have too much to worry about.  Part of the defense for loosing all or most of the next games will be that the teams are, as others have noted, slated for deep playoff runs.

For the most part he can say we beat the teams we were supposed to and snuck in a win or two where we were underdogs.

This is me.

We used to have rituals in the house, family and friends wearing swag, cooking out, even in the down years.

Now we watch every game mostly alone.  Maybe a family member or two come over but thats got more to do with they know what Im making for dinner.

The wins just are not as sweet and you become numb to the losing.

At the end of the day I dont want a QB that

• wins one week with 0 TDs/1 INT & 102yds  
• looses one week with a  0 TDs/1 INT & 124yds
• wins one week with a 4 TDs & 325yds

in a 3 week span.  Thats not consistency you can build a team around - the fact that they are 2-1 in that stretch be damned

You’ve got to get the dealers out of the house first, the ones pushing this stuff non-stop. The NFL should ban all gambling ads and sponsorships, period. No “brought to you by DraftKings,” no Caesar’s spots every five minutes, no pregame shows dropping ATS picks like it’s part of the sport.

Nobody’s saying you can’t bet if you want to but the league should build a wall between itself and the gambling machine.

Right now, it’s like having a liquor sponsor for an AA meeting.

I’m pretty gun-shy about predicting outcomes, our boys can lay a turd just about anytime, and Taysom Hill remains the Rubik’s cube we just can’t solve.
