  1. But in all honesty I'm glad hes gunna take care of him. Life after football
  2. I understand the reasoning behind the move but I'm still a bit surprised they didn't wait to see what we actually had before they jettisoned him.
  3. It's a good sign when a couple years ago fitterer left the cupboard bare everywhere and now some positions might actually be stacked like imo wr, te, d line and maybe o line. There is work to do but the arrow is slowly pointing up
  4. Why the he'll did they trade for and sign dk if they're tanking this year bc they still don't have a qb? Do they only draft headaches? Brown, jjss, diontae, and now Pickens? If the steelers want you does that mean your a royal pain?
  5. Bryce has a horrible rookie year Huddle: poor guy needs an o line and some wr Panthers get him an o line and wr Half the huddle: man he sucks since he can't do anything without an o line or wr ( even tho all world mahomes looked mediocre with no o line and only a hof te and mediocre wr - even tho they've drafted a wr in the 1st, 2 in the 2nd and 1 in the 4th in the last 4 years)
  6. Tbf while the trade up for brooks has thus far been a blunder he did steal a 2nd round pick this year from the Rams that turned into scourton
  7. I will say that in 2 years Morgan has rebuilt and/or improved a huge chunk of the team Qb- same and a wash Rb- improved Wr- greatly improved Te- improved O line- greatly improved D line - improved Lb- wash to me Cbs- wash Safeties - slight improvement Looking way too far ahead I see our needs next year being cb, lb, back up qb, safeties and o line depth( maybe rt)
  8. Remember when our wr were chark, thielen, mingo, Marshall and shenault and our te were Thomas and tremble.....
  9. Don't you mean suck that Travis hunter?
  10. We need more cb depth and I wonder if Morgan has another trick up his sleeve like last year where he traded someone we were going to cut for Mike Jackson, could clowney be this year's version
  11. I get and agree that you need some vets, but the coaches have to play a major role too. Thielen is a consummate professional. I do think moore makes the team and I think the udfa wr makes the practice squad so that leaves us with nalo, thielen, x, Coker, Moore and horn
  12. He can at least block which is more than Ian Thomas and he's cheaper and younger and can hopefully grow. I think he'll be groomed to compliment jt and replace tremble
  13. I get the overall idea and process of this draft but it still left some areas unaccounted for like o line depth, cb and lb But what they did get it is potentially a #1 wr - nalo, a #4/5 wr and possible returner - horn Jr. A #3 te that can grow into a #2 - Evans a #3 pass catching rb who can possibly return that can grow into a #2 once dowdle leaves ( etienne) im not counting on brooks until I see something On def we got 2 edges that can start as puss rushers and refine their run d to start as rotational pieces and grow into starters ( nick and princely) a back up run stopping nt ( jackson) an enforcer safety ( ransom) The def is slowly growing an identity and the offense has no more excuses. We do need more depth everywhere esp o line and cb But this fo does at least seem to have a plan they're sticking to unlike the last few regimes. Well see if it works out but imo the team does seem to be getting better not worse and that is my friends progress.
  14. I will say nick s, princely. And nalo> walker and whatever wr and other lb we would've drafted
  15. That does suck they got 2 solid 1st round talents on the d line. Hopefully it goes as well as their 3 first rounders at skill positions ( London, Pitts and bijan)
  16. After having some time to ponder it I understand the pick but doesn't mean I agree with it As I said awhile ago given how the price of even mediocre wr has gotten insane theyre becoming some of the most valuable pieces on the football field and getting 1 for cheap is a valuable resource if he's any good. I think Canales is trying to recreate what he had in tb with 2 alpha wr. If and it's a major if both tmac and x grow into legit wr having them on rookie contracts will allow us to blow more money on the def. Just look at the problem the Bengals have with how much money is invested in a qb and 2 wr
  17. I keep hearing the raiders are fixated on jeanty so he probably won't make it to us but because of that maybe someone falls
