  1. Not technically. ASMR has only been around since 2007, though some movies may have scenes that evoke a similar response. ASMR is supposed to be calming, not particularly thrilling. I'm not an expert, but a with quick glance over Google in regards to horror movies I've learned that apparently our body releases adrenaline when we perceive threats, whether real or imagined; basically we get amped up and ready to "go". I'd think that we get a similar rush when riding thrilling rides like a roller coaster.
  2. Here's a screenshot, so that you van get the technical definition.
  3. Not only that, but ASMR is weird as fug. There are people who get a kick out of watching people squeeze pimples... Hey, I think it's just weird, but to each his own.
  4. Tepper's business dealings have not directly affected the product on the field. I could care less about Rock Hill and Charlotte. They're municipalities; they'll still be here, growing and thriving when Tepper is gone. I don't give a poo about concerts and restaurants. I care about the Panthers (which is a choice). Tepper has been the owner four years and four months. He has admitted he's inexperienced, and he has made mistakes. But it's a relatively short time. Sometimes you have to have failures to find success. This franchise hasn't had two successive winning seasons since 1995. Tepper is trying to get us over that hump and more. He came in a newb, and has made newb mistakes. I don't agree with every decision that he has made, but I understand why he made the moves he made. Now, after all the fugery, he's trying to get us on track. It may not be popular, but I'm giving him a mulligan (which is all any of us can do anyway, or switch teams). He knows that he fuged up, and he's in the process of trying to improve. Let's give him at least a couple of seasons to see if we're improving before continuing to whine about a fuged up four-year reign.
  5. Nah, I wanted the other guy. Tepper was my second. Tepper got off to a bumpy start, but I don't think people should give up on him. But fans are going to be fans.
  6. I guess people see it differently. I see it as Fitt catering to Rhule who was beating a drum for Darnold and Mayfield (but especially Darnold).
  7. No, Scot, I believe they were in the pro-Herbert camp, and they were lamenting the fact that we didn't draft Herbert, meaning they were "right" about Herbert.
  8. I listen to ESPN radio for a part of every day, and the thought is is that this past Monday the first time that he's been allowed to use his legs. It's a strength. I believe they said there were 13 designed run plays called (I think it was 13). Analysts are hoping that it's the beginning of a trend and transition, as not only is Fields an effective runner, but his entire game feeds off of that.
  9. Yes, but nothing official. And how could they be accurate?
  10. Wilks on his side and Fitterer on his side making all kinda moves since Rhule's axing. I approve.
  11. Didn't even know that we waived Hoskins. I will say that it seems like Hayes is a better CB than Hoskins is a DT.
  12. Not going for the FG still sticks in my craw. Against a better team, it easily could've cost us the game.
  13. We're going to have to beat better than a banged-up Bucs team, with a QB going through some things, for me to really think we can win on a consistent basis with Wilks as HC.
  14. He hasn't had any problems so far this year, including two 100-yard games.
  15. Yeah, Mayfield shot out of the pocket like a rocket and still simply wasn't very accurate. Mayfield's decision making was bad, and like I told people during the spring, he's not really an athletic guy. I think that lineman began to use that against him because he can't or simply won't adjust on the fly. I don't view him as the best throw-on-the-go type of guy. Walker could always roll out and throw with ease, it's just that he wasn't particularly accurate...until this past Sunday.
  16. If he gets us to the playoffs, with more than a .500 record (and our QB room), I'll apologize for saying that he ain't it.
  17. And that's what I've been trying to tell you fugers about Corral. Try to be a rookie QB figuring things out yourself. Yes, the kid has a huge uphill battle, and of course there are no guarantees, but he's shown he can overcome things. The smart Huddler would at least keep an open mind.
  18. They are only showing the Brady pass and Evans drop hilight for our game. Neither Walker nor the Panthers got any shine whatsoever.
  19. People who think (and are staunch proponents of) tanking aren't very knowledgeable about the game. That's the only reason why the question of the number one pick comes up at this time in the season anyway. Just the thought of intentionally trying to lose goes against everything that is football. If you're going to lose, youre going to do it because your team isn:t good. Players play to win, period!
  20. Let me correct you on one thing though: we aren't actively shopping anyone.
