I don't believe that it's about separating his professional and personal life per se, because that's just par for the course when you're a pro athlete or public figure. Sometimes things just intermix. Greg Hardy just needs to get his personal life in order, and realize that he is under a microscope at all times. If he begins to act like a grown man and leave the antics of a teen behind, then he will find that his personal life will be minimized, as well it should. As for beating on a woman, I would suggest that he get counseling and a course in anger management.

Better Know a Prospect - C.J. Fiedorowicz
top dawg replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
Sounds good, but so does Brandon Coleman, Martavis Bryant and Arthur Lynch. The more intriguing story here is what happened to Zod. -
He will be rock solid. I have no doubt. May have to reach in 2 to get him. Will probably be worth it in the end Sent from my SGH-T989 using CarolinaHuddle mobile app

Rivera promoted Shula because it was the "safe" thing to do. Now Rivera's job is in danger, the season is in danger of being on the brink of meaningless, and the team is in danger of being blown the hell up.

Two guys in red shirts discuss the Panthers - Bills matchup
top dawg replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
Don't forget Ninkovich. Yeah, their line is not exactly trash. I could see how people who aren't familiar with the Panthers giving the Patsies D-line the nod, but I still think that some of it is just due to the Patriots reputation for winning in general. I suspect that everyone will know our D-line by mid-season, and Bills fan will get a terse introduction this Sunday. -
I actually think there is validity in both arguments. We didn't take enough shots, there was poor execution during key parts of the game, and D-Will's fumble was the last nail in the coffin and the epitome of s_n_a_t_c_h_ing defeat out of the jaws of victory. Now, I fully expect us to rebound and beat the Bills (If we don't, then it's going to be a long season on the field and especially in the Huddle), but the real test is going to come in week three against the Giants. Beat the Giants, and we're 2-1 heading into the BYE, and all of these whiny, bitchy, ill-informed, extreme threads will gradually disappear.

You're NOT old, my friend. I already told you that I reject that notion being that we are the same age. But, think about it...everybody knows that Seniors rule! Reading glasses and a few grey hairs belie wisdom and power.

Barner will get his opportunities to be productive, regardless if it's out of the backfield or not. But, in regards to the backfield, I don't think salaries in front of him will be taken into account in the slightest if he proves to be able to move the chains. Rivera isn't the type of guy who is afraid to sit a man down if he believes the back-up is apt to be more effective. Politics be damned on the sidelines. Everyone wants the player on the field that affords the team the best chance to win (not saying that Barner is or isn't that guy).

It's got to be the right hole.

Nice write-up, Zod. If I didn't know any better I'd think that you must have used a ghost writer (LOL). Seriously, it's nice to see Barner stepping up. He has his entire life, and I'd be highly disappointed if he doesn't do the same in the NFL.
