  1. Don't you feel so much better being 175 though?

    Not sure how tall you are though. I'm 6 feet and I was 225 a couple years ago, dropped to 175 last year and felt awesome. 175 isn't something I can sustain so 200 for me is a perfect weight. I lift somewhat heavy and can still run 20 minutes if needed. Hated being 225, yeah I could push more but it was so inconvenient.

    5 11 & 3/4s ... I have a naturally broad chest and thick lower body.. I tell everyone I'm built to look strong not to be strong. I don't honestly look that much different at 175 vs 215. It was mainly in my arms I think. I would rather be bigger given the choice.

  2. Wish I could do that, I'm a morning person but I have the hardest time waking up and working out.

    I'm the worst morning person ever.. after the first few days it gets easier though. So much better to not have to wait till 8 or 9 to let the crowd die down and not end up going... waking up at 5 does suck pretty hard though!

  3. Anybody use the FitnessBuddy app? Great app to log workouts and track progress.

    I used it for about two months. Got bored with it. I wasn't looking back at past work outs and it doesn't summarize weeks or months. That would be useful

    I did the whole stack a few years ago with nitrix and no xplode. It was a bitch planning everything to a t. Had to eat at exact times take supplements at exact times. That was when I got big as fug. I don't recall having any soreness issues but I was also 25 years old.

  5. Any type of food tracker helps a lot. You know what you can eat--calories out have to be greater than calories in. If you log all your food, and you know what your body needs to maintain, then wasting a ton of calories on pizza will make you feel disgusted with yourself as you are doing it. That's the way it worked for me. You have to be religious about it, though. Fitbit is my choice.

    Got a calorie counter app today. It measures caloric burn too. Beers tonight not helping. May be my last night of drinking for a while.

  6. Took yesterday off and ate pizza. I feel like a fat piece of garbage today.. Gotta get my diet in check. I don't have any issue motivating myself to work out... Turning down delicious food is a struggle though. Anyone have any advice?

  8. That is realistic if you do it right. Lift heavy, eat protein.

    I deadlifted again today and got another PR... 515x1

    I've been around 220 before and it took me about two years to get that big but I was younger then. I got 1 mr today and did 6 chest exercises 3 sets each and the same on tris. Will see how tomorrow morning goes lol
