I have to admit though, I'm concerned about Cam. He's is not correctly making his reads and is holding onto the ball way too long.

yup. i like Cam but never bought his "motivational speeches" every week claiming to get better. He's no better after 33 games then he was after 20. Not that he is surrounded by talent, but the great QBs can at least get a first down without looking lucky
