I think I read a quote that they are looking to get him about a quarter and a half of action.

He slow as hell on Madden, but I'll take him IRL.

I would say if you don't have a next-gen console don't get it, it's better on next-gen but is still Madden and still has coverage bugs there's supposed to be a patch soon to address. We'll see.

Arnold / Tremble / Manhertz would have been a nice trio, but we're more 11 so I understand that move, fortunately Tremble seems to have the blocking acumen AND the athleticism and ability to be a receiving threat.

Shi's build reminds me of Antonio Brown / Emmanuel Sanders -- that 5'10 / 185 ish -- quick feet, vertical speed, consistent separation. This is not a ''he'll be these guys post'' it's a ''he reminds me of these guys post''. AB & Sanders were 5th and or 6th round picks respectively if memory serves, so this could be a comp on talent meeting opportunity in regard to a career arc moving forward. I just wish we'd selected Fields to go along with this infusion of young skill talent. We had -- CMC / Moore / Robbie We added -- TMJ / Tremble / Shi That's just a piece of the personnel skill pie, the only season that might usurp this is 2013.

Darius Clark's footwork is so clunky, 6'2 / 210 seems like he'd have better feet - Chuba is 6' / 210 -- and CMC listed around 5'11 / 207 not a ton of weight difference.

I don’t think he'd clear that waiver, thats why I referenced IR. We tried that with Tyler Gaffney and NE scooped him up. Pride has promise, and the athleticism, just needs time to develop.

For one I would like to know what happened, I hope there are answers today. He was pretty bad yesterday, but he also held his own last season. I wouldn't put him in the cut bucket just yet, if I had to guess based off the optics of the injury, he's placed on IR, and we see what he has next year if recovered.

I wouldn't call it lucky, if he doesn't keep working, and maintaining his balance this is a stuffed run; aside from that Zylstra staying engaged. This is an example of a player making something out of nothing.

This is why I... 1) Don't understand the Fletcher pick in the 6th with a guy like Jamie Newman available, he's younger, athletic and has arm talent, Grier is 26 I think at this point he is what he is. 2) Passing on Mond when we were wheeling and dealing all of those picks day 2, we had the ammunition to take a mid round QB. 3) Ultimately passing on Fields, still not okay with that, when it happened and still to this day. _________________________________________ Overall I like our draft class, so I won't complain but so much, BUT I think we made some mistakes as well, time will tell.

See Lamar, and Kyle, its not about 4.4, its the athletic ability that leads to extended plays behind a "meh" OL. They took the "safe" approach but you can't hit a homerun if you don't swing the bat. We bunted at no. 8.
