  1. RBs and OL get you to the playoffs. The best QBs will never sniff a SB without this getting them through the season. Salary should be looked at as a whole for RB and OL on SB teams. After that the QB takes over in close games with game winning drives in the playoffs. This is where a QB needs to shine. The best defense will be the one that wins championships by shutting down these franchise QBs on their game winning drives. Watch the final 5 minutes of every SB and conference championship. It's the defense that wins against these same franchise QBs that perform in the playoffs and win SBs.
  2. Stafford proved he is among the elite QBs. Just buried on a disaster of a franchise. 4 playoff wins with 3 game winning drives in one season. That is Tom Brady level. Most good QBs are lucky to win a couple playoff games and have 1 game winning drive in the playoffs for their entire career. He took a giant leap with his playoff performance. Very few QBs have 2 or more game winning drives in the playoffs over their career. The most important measure of a QB is how well they can pull out victories in the playoffs. OL gets you to the playoffs. A QB gets you through the playoffs. A defense wins you championships.
  3. Need a GM, coach, QB, 2 WRs, 2 TEs, C, Gs, DT, DEs, MLB, and S. Need 6 more developed leaders who can all agree on the culture with CMC, Shaq, and Chinn. CMC, Abdullah, Moton, Christensen, Zylstra, Shaq, Horn, Gilmore, and Newton are the only players from the 2021 roster that would impact a game in the playoffs to even sniff a SB. Whoever put the roster together and assessed the talent is really bad.
  4. Stafford knows a failing coaching staff when he sees it.
  5. He played in the AFC Championship. Never said SB for Sanchez. Wow.
  6. They peaked. Not expecting to see them return. Hot and cold team from year to year at best.
  7. Took Cam 5 seasons, but yeah. Same type of QB. Playoffs possible but not champion or legend without a dominant D.
  8. He hesitated and choked in the pocket. Run pass run pass going off in his head. Should have been cool and decisive. Give his receiver a chance to make a play. I'm not talking about his desperation throw after he lost track of everything.
  9. My money is on Burrow never sees another SB or Championship game ala Mark Sanchez or Dan Marino after their second season.
  10. That panic in the pocket is what I expected from Burrow. Not So Cool Joe
  11. Bengals fans have been wanting this spot since Joe Montana crushed their spirits with 1 minute to go.
  12. Advantage Bengals. They get final control. Rams have to make a defensive play and not expect a mistake.
  13. Refs running clock for Rams? Wth haha
  14. So now refs are getting overly involved? So strange after not making So many other calls
  15. Finally. So many blatant penalties of Bengals not called.
  16. Safe play calling. Taking safe misdirection shots at times. What I expected. They'll open up their playbooks if both offenses minimize their mistakes and the score stays close. Both teams planning on holding the ball for the last 2 minutes of the game.
  17. LSU fans running amok with their blind loyalty on every NFL forum. They take it personal. Jamarcus Russell who?
  18. Jay-Z sighting!!! Matt Rhule next to him?
  19. yep. every year 4+ more WRs come into the NFL better than DJ Moore.
  20. With the 2022 draft talent pool, you trade down. The talent between the 2 and 5th round are very close to the the 1st round talent in this draft. There are only 10 to 12 players worth a 1st round pick in this draft pool.
  21. What are the red flags on Matt Corral? Need to know the bad that comes with the good. He is a hot head. Gets into fights. Think a mix of Cam Newton, Jeff George, Johnny Manziel, Jim McMahon and Ryan Leaf. This is the demeanor of the QB you want when you take Matt Corral. He will break rules, break laws, break faces with his throwing hand. It's Matty's world and we just live in it. He obviously has great talent and athleticism. Outside of his flat rocket balls, high throws, and overthrows (similar to Cam's passing style). He also has a well known injury problem. Would you want a smaller more fragile version of Cam Newton and his reckless play style when he runs, doesn't protect the ball, and doesn't slide? If yes, then Corral is your QB. He has issues through HS and college with authority, drugs, alcohol, and fighting. I don't see him doing well with millions in his bank account and no chaperone (like the one that follows him around at college). Ole Miss did not get Corral because they were his choice. The schools Corral wanted like USC, Georgia, and Florida did their due diligence and passed on him. Corral has not been an easy player for the coaches of Ole Miss to corral during his time at Ole Miss. In Corral's own words, he has been mad at the world. He believes his words get constantly taken out of context. Is his 5 star talent and athleticism worth it? I don't see Corral and Rhule mixing well. I don't see Corral getting past 5 years in the NFL, and it won't be due to a lack of ability or athleticism.
  22. Are you talking about the legendary Rhule 7 year plan from Temple and Baylor? I think Rhule mastered that with 1 year at Penn State... no ... his 1 year at Albright? no ... his 2 years at Buffalo? no ... his 1 year at UCLA? no ... his 4 years at Western Carolina? hmmm. no ... his 6 years at Temple? hmmm still not 7 ... his 1 year with the NY Giants? nope. ... his following 4 years at Temple? well, he jumped ship and came back for a total of 10 years. This must be the plan? no? ... his 3 years with Baylor? No. I'm confused. Where has he proven this 7 year genius plan that will work in the NFL with the current state of the CBA that keeps rookies for 4 to 5 years and free agents stay for less than 3 years? Is he saying his 10 broken up years with Temple is how he mastered this? As a DL coach(1 year), QB coach(1 year), OC(4 years), Jumped ship(1 year), Head coach(4 years)? A record of 64-61 over that period of time, and it took Rhule until his 10th year with Temple to erase his losing record with that team. In the first 7 years with Temple, Rhule had a 38-48 record. Rhule has been in 6 Bowl games Where he went 2-4. He never beat a ranked team with Baylor. He did destroy the Baylor program in his first season as HC. So, tank a team and become medicore. Then tout mediocrity as success so he can jump ship to tank another program and claim he built it back up to mediocrity. I give you, Matthew KENNETH Rhule. The amazing gaslighting coach! Ponzi master of American football! A grand 7 year plan of destroying your team, a decade of mediocrity, more losing seasons than winning seasons, and a HC waiting for the first glimpse of success so he can cash in by jumping ship. I dedicate this to David Tepper in honor of hiring Matthew KENNETH Rhule. You were duped Mr. Billionaire!
  23. Rebuild starts in 4 more years. That's what Rhule promised, right?
