He is a great college QB. He doesn't have the build to be a long time starter in the NFL. It has to be Stroud
-
We didn't have an NFL caliber QB and haven't for several years. The Saints got Carr and the Falcons may get Jackson. I hate losing DJ but we swapped a #1 and gave up one. I prefer Stroud and think he can be our Mahomes. Use FA for WR, TE and RB and draft the same. This is our new beginning, not unlike when we drafted Cam. The coaching staff is excellent and we are executing our plan. The future is bright.

I wouldn't take AR with a 7th. Its apparent that a lot of folks have never seen him play.

Achane RB from Texas A&M. Can do it all with blazing speed.
Emmanuel Forbes Mississippi State CB. Ball Hawk with 4.35 speed. Tied for SEC all time pick 6s with 6
-
Sign Minchew or Darnold, draft our guy and let's roll. I don't care about number 1s when this is a QB driven league and we don't have one

If you are going to trade several 1st round picks, get Stroud. He is the best right now.

Too many are wanting him because they see Cam 2.0. He isn't even close

Emmanuel Forbes with a 4.35 and 4.36. 14 career INT and 6 pick sixes.

This guy was high on Malik Willis also. How can anyone watch Richardson play this past season and think he’s a top 10 pick is beyond me, he has no feel for the position.
He is an awful quarterback. Period.

When you make a definitive statement it only takes one outlier to prove you wrong.
Josh Allen's college tape makes Anthony Richardson look like Peyton Manning in comparison.
Keep dreaming. Richardson is a coach and team killer.

They seemed to fix it on Josh Allen.
Who else? Troy Aikman said teams who draft guys that are inaccurate in college get what they deserve. It is something you have or don't.

Stroud ready to prove he is the Alpha. Young waiting until pro day to throw is a red flag. He only wants to throw to his guys that he is familiar with and on his field. Hard pass due to size. And Richardson will just show what everyone already knows:he's an athlete and not a QB. You can't fix accuracy

I just don't want us drafting him with our first round pick. I don't want to use that on a gamble. Anywhere else, welcome to the team. Don't think you'll be a success, but not many picks are.
We are going to screw this up. Go big or go home. Move up and get Stroud. Fill in the rest with our remaining picks and FA.

No to Lamar, Carr or anyone else who's teams are trying to get rid of them. These a reason for that. Package pics and go get Stroud. It's a qb driven leage and we don't have one

I'd take Sam back. There's no way we can say anyone we draft won't need some time

If we trade up to the top of the draft, It's for Stroud, not a qb we can have if we just stay at 9

This franchise can show it really wants to win Championships or just be another toy for a rich owner. Show me you are serious by trading up for Stroud, who is the only Alpha in this draft. Show me you don't care by bringing in a Carson Wentz type and drafting a loser like Richardson.

The NFL is a qb driven league and we don't have a winner on the roster or available in FA. Do what you have to do to get Stroud and fill in the rest in FA.

Fangio was hired by Miami. I prefer him over Bradley

Another bs hire in a long history of bs hires. We are not serious about winning here.

The selection of candidates left standing is somewhat worrisome, especially considering those available to choose from only a few weeks ago.
It does bring into question the Panthers vetting process.
Translation all we have left to pick from is garbage

Streichen and Stroud. If we are going to trade pics I want it to be for a player and not to the Saints for a coach

He chokes in the playoffs
Plus he loves Taysum Hill….
He gets you to a SB, something we don't do well. I'd rather get the Eagles OC because I don't want to give up a 1st round pick, but like him in general as a HC

Eyeball test on Darnold says he is looking really good. Most of even the best QBs miss throws, it just happens.
Top of my head I could remember about 4 throws that were off with the game still undecided. It was disappointing. When we went 2 scores down, its desperation mode. I stop questioning judgement then, so not talking about whatever good or bad was done.
I'll spare the why argument mostly but I don't think they should let him leave. I think he does have a future. Wilkes or not I think that.
5th year at 24 looking like it might be slowing down for him, I am starting to think. Do people think he cant be good because Rhule liked him or because he was not ever locked in with a stable system to grow in? Okay the latter has happened to guys. But he is still barely older than a number of guys coming out of school, still has what I think are some positives to lean on.
Lawrence looked like crap until he received proper coaching. I'd go for the best WR or rush end in the 1st
