It is what it is. But hey, who knows? The Jeff Saturday experience could go so horribly wrong that Foxy will take over and be clapping on the sidelines again.

Not going to lie. Really wanted Reich when he was last available. Not sure about now but I'd at least consider him over Dan Quinn.

Will Willis even bother to throw?

Pie to those on this board… you’re here when it’s ROCK BOTTOM

Not sure if this is worse than 2010 but ok. -

...and that's probably it for Tennessee. Also can already see Hooker's draft stock plummeting.
-
...well, the Texans fanbase are going to want a new QB.

Mills smart enough to spike the ball around the receiver on a broken screen.

Brandin Cooks was actually captain? I know it's just a silly badge but still...
-
Texans already exceeding expectations. They had a brief lead and they caused a turnover.

Promise, yes, but give it another few years before we call them a franchise player. I still remember all the promise Jeff Otah had and that did not end well.

Not sure if this deal means that, ultimately, drafting DJ over Ridley, was the right choice for us.

Rams Offering Two (Future) Firsts for Burns
outlaw4 replied to OnlyPantherFaninMaine's topic in Carolina Panthers
My stance is that I can't decide between the two options. I suppose the determining factor is how much we would pay for Burns if we keep him and whether we have to let other players go because of the salary cap implications. -
I think Monday Night Football decided to dress up as Thursday Night Football tonight.

Wonder if the Bengals fan forum wants to cut McPherson right now.

Turnovers like that is we we'll need ourselves against the Bengals.

Replacing Piñeiro would make more sense had he already been missing field goals this season. Instead, he has been one of the few reliable pieces this season. While it's infuriating he missed twice yesterday, the better option is to wait and see if this starts becoming a trend for him. And tossing people at the first misstep is beyond absurd. That's not accountability. It's allowing emotions to dictate decisions. Try applying that logic to all kickers in the league and even Justin Tucker will be changing teams every other week trying to reach an unrealistic expectation of perfection or you're fired.

I'm going to be overly cautious with Wilks because there has been plenty of history where interim HCs have looked better at the start only to fall down to earth after a few games.

DJ Moore should not have been penalized for helmet removal
outlaw4 replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
No consistency with the rule. Not surprised it was called given how officiating was yesterday. Personally, I would've been far more upset if DJ dropped the pass. -
And it was Heinecke who led that charge for the Ron Riveras.

PJ certainly has an arm and that will likely provide some level of job security. At least he's done more than what Mayfield had shown all season.

Can't say I'm surprised. It's easier to be a kicker when the team is bad and expectations are low. I guess next kicker up because once they have a game like this with any team, they usually need a change in environment.

Really wanted the Jags to win. At this rate, they'll be hunting for another QB in the draft as well. Great.

30 Oct 2005 Steve Smith wears out
outlaw4 replied to DaveThePanther2008's topic in Carolina Panthers
Smitty destroyed Smoot and I believe we also destroyed Culpepper's knee that day. A game so well offensively that both Mangum and Colbert got TDs. -
That was a very nice pass. No doubt about that. The time management in that drive was pretty bad, though. Not sure what was going on. It's always harder to judge QB play when the team around them is stacked. Definitely need to see more.
