Every receiver needy team will visit all these guys. Visit and drafting are two different things 

Diggs is a good player but also a pain in the ass. The panthers aren’t in a place as a franchise to take on that kind of player. Ultimately he’d have been detrimental to the rebuild 

I have faith that TMJ and Mingo can be salvaged with good coaching, not sure they’ll get it yet tho
