The argument lines about Teppers role in the team always expose to me who has and hasn’t worked in a corporate environment. An overbearing manager/owner with a poorly defined org chart is just an awful, inefficient, soul crushing place to work. I’ve worked for a few companies now. My current employer is basically the healthcare equivalent of the corporation from robocop but my god at least it’s competently managed and I know who my direct report is and I know they have at least baseline qualifications. Carolina must be absolutely miserable to work for right now, top to bottom.
