Lol what? They have a 100 point player in Stamkos, Kucherov can get going at any time, and Point is the most underrated player in the league (though he’s currently injured, but may return).

Their defense is severely underrated.

It doesn’t matter if it’s PP exclusive, special teams wins in the NHL playoffs. If they get four power plays and score on two of them then they have a good chance to win cause they have an elite goalie. And let’s be real, their third line isn’t elite like it used to be but Colton and Perry have been good and if Hagel gets going then they are going to be scary. They also have Maroon who can handle anyone in the NHL physically. They average 3.27 GF while only giving up 2.46 GA (best in the playoffs outside of Dallas). Tampa is winning the cup, you can take it to the bank.

Tampa’s offense is significantly better than ours and Pittsburgh’s and Vas is one of if not the best goalie in the league. Tampa in 6.

Good God is ESPN disrespectful… I know Messier works for them but having a Rangers great narrate the pregame video is stupid.

Not even a tad nervous… for starters, the Canes are damn near unbeatable at home in the postseason and are also unbeatable in game 7’s. Factor in that we are coming off of a stinker, I’d expect the team to come out flying. The bottom line is that I was more nervous about game 7 vs. Boston as Boston is better than New York. If Raanta has a .920 or better tonight then we’ll win… book it.

Nice to be up 1-0 at half though Seattle has definitely carried the majority of the play. Bender and Corujo have been great. We need more from our wingers and outside backs. Shinyashiki and Gaines need to create more chances out wide and Lindsey and Mora have to be more aware of their surroundings, Corujo is cleaning up a lot of their mistakes. I’d like to see Fuchs come in for Makoun, Afful for Lindsey, Jozwiak for Shinyashiki, and Vargas for Gaines, I also wouldn’t mind Ruiz for Alcivar.
