Some years back, country had gotten to ja point where it was just pop with a twang. That was when you saw the rise of "new traditionalists" like Randy Travis and Dwight Yoakam who wanted to take it back to its roots. Maybe they need people like that again.

Couple years back, wife and I were in a Target store early December. Saw an older guy with white hair, long white beard/ mustache, small glasses, basically the whole Santa aesthetic, sitting on a bench near the entrance. Mom walks in with a daughter, I'd say four or five years old. Little girl sees this fella, gets excited and points him out to her mom Occurred to us that probably happens to him a lot this time of year.

I'd say it's quite possible his coaching persona was influenced somewhat by his prior employer. That guy got away with it, but now he's unemployed too, sooo...

Reich actually owns two of the better comebacks in football history, one with the Bills and the other with his college alma mater Maryland. Most people remember the NFL one but not as many know he did it in college too.

Only recently learned of him, he's hilarious He and Tim Hawkins are among my favorites.
