    I have been involved with many Fortune 500 corporate workplaces, whether it be there or elsewhere, the bully boss almost always inevitably fails. Because as soon as things go south, every single one of those people is going to stick them. That's what you are seeing them do to Daboll.

    It wouldn't be understandable. These aren't HS kids, these are professional football players. It is the same reason a guy like Josh McDaniels fails everywhere. You can't be an asshole to your players, they will stop playing for you. The race for the bottom has been tight all season. There are about 8-10 teams pretty close.

    1-2 wins. I think the Cowboys and 1 divisional game. Offseason is a mystery. Don't have enough of a read on the new FO yet. Hopefully overhaul the defense as the number one priority. We have to move towards fielding one that isn't a historical embarrassment.

    That is still not the way to handle it. It's childish and petty. The other players are going to see you being childish, petty and intentionally embarrassing another veteran player. Unsurprisingly, the team basically laid down today. He lost the team with that move. It's a business, it's not personal. He made it personal.
