    It's the solid part that is the big issue on Williams for me. I like him better as a mid-late 1st. Stewart I like in the 5th round.

    Smitty has a pretty poor track record when it comes to WR evaluations. But Michael Jordan was one of the worst talent evaluators in the history of the NBA(it would be hard to argue he wasn't THE worst) and John Elway was a pretty piss poor GM. Just because you play the position well doesn't always mean you can evaluate the position well.

    If you spent this long in college but haven't figured that out, you likely aren't going to or don't love the game.

    Golden is the classic fools gold to me. Almost none of those "fastest 40" guys pan out.

    4.5-4.6 is fine for a big WR, if he has the hands and route running ability. IMO, he does. For reference, Evans ran a 4.53 at the combine and Hopkins ran a 4.57.

    Not sure if I would want Walker or Campbell more. Both solve an issue immediately, IMO.

    I think he compares favorably to Mike Evans. I think he is the best WR in this class, although it might ultimately be light on elite talent.

    Pro day numbers are always suspect but comparing him to Funchess is laughable.

    He is very good but similar to Horn, I don't think that is a $30 mil guy. Maybe these mega WR contracts are bringing up CB prices too.

    I definitely did not see that coming. IDK WTF the Texans are doing. Gutted their OL and then make a $30 mil CB contract.

    Trading for a RB is perplexing.

    That's an interesting example because I think the Giants would prefer to not be paying Brian Burns $30 mil, even with the recent market adjustment.

    Agreed. I think it is poverty franchise BS. But, it is what it is. We just have to hope Horn plays up to that contract.

    I am not anti-Williams. I just think he is just never going be to an elite pass rush guy. IMO, that makes him a tough sell at 8. Late 1st, all in.
