He had said he did nothing wrong and he is maintaining that stance. From a legal perspective, I can understand why that is happening. Now, if he comes clean after this is all done and says, "Hey, I got caught up in this fetish and I went further than I should have." That is where people are usually forgiving. Mike Vick was able to do that and he seemed sincere about his change. We will see how that all unfolds.

Lol. I am not that down on the move. My personal opinion is that I don't know anything about the facts and I don't believe anything any of the accused and accusers have to say. I wasn't there and I don't know what their motivations nor the facts, nor will I likely ever know them. If I had to guess, the manner in which it is playing out suggests there is a lot of sleaze on both sides of this one, so the truth is somewhere in the middle. Probably a dude that is addicted to his sexual fetish with plenty of willing women to go along, so he ends up going to far with more than one that wasn't up for it. I suspect there are a lot of skeezy people involved(Watson included) and a couple of honest people who have been genuinely harmed. But you know what.....my opinion is just that. It has no bearing on anything.

I think the issue with Paradis is that the majority of the time he is actually holding his blocks fairly well but when he fails.....my God he fails so hard. -
Eh.....I mean....I am sure they might have done some amount of digging around but Tepper seems to be pretty much in on the "win now" mode, so I am not sure that his virtues outweigh his bottom line. After all....he is a hedge fund billionaire. Ironically, the previous owner was all about not signing guys with character issues but look what skeletons were in his closet.....

I agree with what the coaches said prior to the season about Chinn. His future is probably at safety so better just let him get comfortable and get reps at safety. I was on record as saying I thought he would probably struggle this season and I am okay with that. If he is an elite S in 1-3 seasons, the lumps were well worth it. -

LB was a weakness even going into this season. It was the one area that wasn't addressed that well. Now, do keep in mind that the 2nd leading tackler in the NFL right now was technically signed by us to fix some of those issues....but we cut him. -

I was told by @Snake that Taylor was a future HOFer after last week. -
Speaking for the non-UNC fanboy contingent, Howell is a good NFL draft prospect but he isn't a guy I would be thrilled about getting in the first round of the NFL draft. If it was the 2nd or 3rd round, absolutely. But that is sort of the way I feel about every QB in this draft at the moment. This is just a really, really weak QB draft, Howell being a prime example. In a stronger class, he is probably a lower 1st round to 2nd round guy. That's also why I really don't want any part of the QB's in this class as a whole. If you look at the past 15 years and especially the weak classes more often than not the entire first round class ends up being busts or backups. That is literally the way I feel about this class. Howell specifically, my biggest concerns are his throwing mechanics and playing in the offense he does. I view him as a project guy and not a day one starter. Well....that doesn't fit what we need at the moment. We need a day one starter.
