In 2014 we cut the best WR in Panthers history, Steve Smith. In 2016, we let Josh Norman walk at the top of him game. In 2017, we traded the best RB in the game abs wasted three picks we got for him with our coaching. Traded away another developed talent in WR DJ Moore. In 2020, Bridgewater was very productive at QB, but but hated by a lot of huddlers, then shunned by the organization when he spilled the beans about the team not praticing goal line offense. 2022 we let Reddick walk after a 11 sack season. We have a trend of getting rid of our best players. What do we fix first: o-line, Bryce, HC, o-line coaches, FO & or GM? I personally think our biggest issue is that we have no foundation to build from, without that, everything falls...
