Actually Kiper, McShay, and Riddick all said Darnold would have been the #2 QB in this class if he was in the draft. The only QB ahead of him was Lawrence. They also stated that he is only 23 (younger than Joe Burrow) and he has never been in as good of a situation as he is now. Let's see how this plays out instead of throwing Darnold under the bus. He is by far QB1 on the Panthers depth chart so there's no reason not to support him.
