  1. Apparently the Panthers were going to take Brady in the 2nd round an then trade back into the 60's to take WR Marshall
  2. I expect a full reorganization of the front office this is something Tepper had talked about since he bought the team
  3. That would be amazing if he un-retired and came back to play for us
  4. They are judging us for what we didn’t do (draft Fields) than for what we did do which was draft 11 players who all have a strong chance to make the team
  5. expect Fitterer to make sweeping changes to the staff.
  6. Wonder if we would be interested in bring back special teams guys like Julian Stanford or Adarius Taylor. How about re-signing Kawann Short? Having some older vets around is a good thing for the youngest team in the league
  7. Courtney Cronin just reported the Vikings were going to draft Justin Fields at #14 before Bears traded up. They had even told Cousins they might draft a QB. Thought this was interesting didn’t know what thread to put this in
  8. With Rhule and Fitterer, the organization finally has a process. We value great athleticism and position flexibility, it’s very exciting to see the team going in the right direction.
  9. Another rookie camp invitee: BYU LB Kavika Fonua
  10. Texans gave us 2022 4th rounder so they could move into 3rd round
  11. We're having a rookie camp this weekend I believe, limited to 5 UDFA tryout players (QB Peyton Ramsey being one) so yeah I suppose if one or two impress
  12. After drafting 11 players, the Panthers roster was up to 86, leaving just four vacancies until they start subtracting from the current roster (though draft picks don't officially count until they're signed) https://www.panthers.com/news/undrafted-free-agents-moore-draguicevich-fisher-stokke-brown-carolina
  13. - Matt Paradis 31 - DaQuan Jones 29 (30 in December) - Rashaan Melvin 31 - AJ Bouye 29 (30 in August) - JJ Jansen 35
  14. SPENCER BROWNRB, CAROLINA PANTHERS Panthers signed UAB RB Spencer Brown. Brown (5’11/208) was a two-star recruit and four-year starter who averaged 85 rushing yards across 47 career games. He’s a herky-jerky mover, particularly when tracking passes through the air (20 career receptions) and doesn’t have the top speed of other sub-210 pound running back prospects. At UAB, Brown operated as an every-down player and even added punt coverage duties to his resume in his final collegiate season. To earn a backup job with the Panthers, Brown will have to provide special teams value and improve his comfortability during passing situations. He has plenty of experience in a zone-blocking scheme.
