  1. Money was already spent, what’s he supposed to do?
  2. Huddle the last four years: Why do we keep taking retread QBs from other teams and expect different results? It’s time to get our own guy and develop them for the long haul. Also Huddle after 2 games of a rookie and 3 quarters of Andy Dalton: I’ve seen enough, let’s play the guy who has been on 4 different teams the last 4 years for the rest of the year.
  3. Uh oh, Carr is down. It might be Eatin them Ws time
  4. Its amazing that a falcons fan has more optimism for us than we do
  5. Yup, it was all CaM JuSt PuTs Up PrEtTy StAtS, but TeeBOw and DaLtOn JuSt WiN GaMeS LiKe ReAL LeADeRS
  6. Isn’t that the guy who was a redskins fan who has now said he switched back to them to root for Rivera?
  7. To be fair I don’t really know who you are, so you weren’t someone I had in mind.
  8. If you think that Keep Pounding was just a gimmick that is along the lines of Rhule/Del Rio and not part of the team’s culture that’s been passed down for the last two decades, then I don’t know what to tell you.
  9. So pick another team or quit if it bothers you? All of these things were also true two weeks ago.
  10. I normally would agree, but look at who posted it. One of the most reactionary, emotional posters in this boards history.
  11. It’s so funny to me that this team’s mantra over the last generation is to keep pounding, and yet this groups mantra is to waive the white flag at the first sign of adversity. If I had told you after the draft that there a loud portion of the fan base wanted to fire the new coach, replace a rookie QB with Andy fuging Dalton, trade away current stars to get a new QB next year, and fawn for Baker Mayfield after two fuging weeks of the season, you would have thought man those guys are emotional lunatics. But no, that’s the huddle, where it’s evidently a competiton to see who can get the gold medal for saying we suck the most.
  12. Today I woke up and had a thought that would be totally edgy. Let me make a thread about it. Sounds like a great process
  13. There’s also a reason that he’s on his fourth team since Cincy
  14. Biggest Stan = creating a Bryce sucks thread not even through his second full career start
  15. Comparing Teddy who had been in the league for 7 years and had DJ, Samuel, and Robby to Bryce in his first career game who had TMJ, Theilen, and Mingo (also in his first game) just shows how out of touch some of you are with reality. And coming from possibly the biggest Cam homer on this board, Cam had Smith, Olsen, and Shockey to start his career. Not exactly apples to apples.
  16. I agree with most of the take except about dealing Burns and being better off by having the picks later on that would be used to find the next Burns. The number one advantage with a QB on his rookie deal is that you have him with the least amount of cap space he will ever take up if he ends up being your franchise guy. So why not surround him with proven players who you can afford to pay now while he is on the cheap contract, instead of crossing your fingers that those future picks are hits AND develop quickly enough to compete before you have to shell out a top of the market contract to your franchise QB?
  17. It’s the only way they can win with him. It’s going to bite them in the ass if they have to play from behind. Falcons fans around me at the stadium were getting pissed at how indecisive he was and that he seems to scared to run even if he has clear lanes. Wouldn’t be surprised if Heinicke ends up making some starts.
  18. For a road game? At any rate, I’m bringing my 11 year old to his first game out of BOA. He’s worried about being out numbered, but I bet there will be more panthers fans at this game then there were panthers fans at last year Steelers game which was at home.
