  1. There has been no sign of hope, just them digging in and looking for a trade to help turn it around. I seriously doubt they do jack except make a trade and then have the bot stop by to tell us all about it. Sorry but that is what I see. And if you doubt me just remember that the guy who owns the team was fine with a 5 year turn around and then they started talking 7 years according to JZ. Sorry.
  2. BS. Complete BS. There is no escaping the comparisons. He also has shown very little for a #1 pick. That is the truth. He can go earn it but he is part of the problems here. His limitations have been on display and talked about at length. If you don't like it then go do you but that is a justifiable thing if it's not just personal and there is plenty to pick over in his play.
  3. I hate to tell you that its just getting louder. All the bashing. This team is a piñata more than a football team at this point. It's not going to stop until they give everyone legit reasons to stop. I'm not sure Bryce can overcome the situation or his ability. So have a drink or tune out because everything is just ramping up for a really long season.
  4. I have no idea how they can get so much wrong. It is so bad that all I see is failure across the board. Bryce not being able to play any pro formations do not help. Or the long drop backs. This could help with him holding the ball too long but why they didn't just start with a quick passing game and not stuff that takes too long to develop is beyond me. I seriously am not convinced he can see enough in the NFL. Not his brain but his eyes. He escapability did not translate to the NFL they wayany have hoped for. I just don't know how to overcome that combo of hurdles. We could do some power running with this line but not out of shotgun. It's a mess
  5. Thay can give us a 5th/6th for eating that 13 mil?
  6. That is the stuff that makes all of this so much worse. No one looks good for any of this. I really don't understand skipping the basic rookie approach of working them up from the beginning with a decent run game. They really didn't need to reinvent a whole new process of whatever the fug all of this is.
  7. He looks like it's time to wrap it up. He has zero hunger left. Next up HOF time.
  8. So we went from vanilla preseason to him making adjustments on the line that is just getting taken away in week 6 at 0-5? WTF came up with this process? What have they seen the first 5 weeks that leads them to believe they shouldn't be treating him like a normal rookie? Were they not already dialing it back down and they left this in there? This should have been done week 2 or week 3 at the latest. It really is worse this year and I don't understand how anything can be worse than the Rhule stuff. Just wow
  9. He was a master of 'just 1 player away' BS.
  10. So they are still in win now mode at 0-5. JFC what did Hurney teach Tepper in those 2 years together.
  11. Im at the point where it's trade whoever away fine but I don't see any incoming trades as 'fixing' the current mess and it just feel ominous hearing any big potential trades at this time.
  12. And Tepper is still pushing the original message as the leaks spring elsewhere. We may never know that when but it doesn't sound like it was 'always Bryce' all along.
  13. That was one of the hints that BS was in the air. Glazer is still saying 'it was always Bryce' but that could just be coming from Tepper so while it's true it could also be misleading in this convo.
  14. I'm way fuzzy on the details and just don't have time to look it up. They took Aikman and Smith his first 2 years? No wonder he thought he couldn't do any wrong.
  15. Sorry I was tired typing. I am of the same mind. I just meant that I enjoy the fact it hasn't progressed to the next level because it looks like a giant headache in that stage on so many levels. Like why even argue if it's just a computer programed to do so forever? Both the written and visual stuff is really impressive even given their imperfections. I actually enjoy the spoof stuff from the failures. The stuff 5 years from now? That is way too powerful of a tool for me to trust what can be done with it when you look at what is being done with other powerful tech tools out there.
  16. Sounds like we will know more but not everything yet. I think a forced hand is still on the table but not guaranteed. Maybe the employees caved or Scott was also in on it so Frank caved. No idea but I am sure interested in finding out.
  17. Didn't he win those with the coach and lots of players he inherited with the purchase in 1989 and then kicked him out and then started the SB drought after those 3 wins?
  18. I hope the Ben Johnson thing is true. That was one possible burned bridge that should have been left intact. The timing still looks suspect but ok. It can be true for ownership in any business. The biggest difference is that if Tepper keeps fugging up here he still makes profit hand over fist while most businesses would likely fold if this kind of product was being pumped out continuously. The NFL model insulates him and allows for decades of this kind of behavior with little real threat other than losing football games and fans, which just means their partners and competition are winning more games. Some people learn and others love a great power trip and being an NFL owner is up there in power tripping. I don't think acting professionally is easy but his professional background is also a mighty harsh one to deal with.
  19. It's not completely out in the open yet but it sure sounds like people are talking now amongst themselves. It does seem to fit with Tepper's personality and some of his faults. I really don't know how this breaks but it's ramping up and I don't see how there isn't more spill over. My guess is Tepper pushes too hard and learns another lesson. I could completely see Tepper taking that same lesson from Rhule's time and stepping up his involvement.
  20. It's starting to look like Tepper is much worse than even I feared. We are going to have to wait for more to drop but it sounds like it's all headed that way. Frank looked like a beat horse. Tepper getting better at PR but being a complete trainwreck everywhere else is funny in the 'that is what's important to you?' way funny.
  21. I meant better qualified coaching now. I was never a big Frank fan but he is an NFL coach vs the Rhule whathaveyou. How are they worse off than that? I 100% agree. Even Rivera looked terrible their last year and that entire big move on D with big names was another giant failure. It is consistently bad and my be worse now which is really a terrible achievement.
  22. The last part. How much is he micromanaging? IDK but it looks bad and eerily similar to the Rhule times even with better coaching. It's not just one guy but that was a giant move and the easist thing to zoom in on and evaluate. He sounds worse than feared.
  23. The finger thing is fine with me. When the perfect it is what is going to be so much worse. The writen stuff is as imperfect but also crazy. I thought the crap the Panthers bot spews might be that given the quality of it.
  24. I have my opinions but the PR narrative has been very clear but this has been a leaky ship while Tepper has been here. It's really early and nothing devastating has been officially released yet but people are talking off the record is what my take is here. Whatever the hell went down the product looks bad overall. That is going to put a lot of pressure everywhere as it mounts. Tepper will probably keep telling on himself so that's something to look forward to witnessing. His bot here speaks very loudly to me
  25. Didn't Dan say that 'reports are emerging'? If so then it stops being theoretical or a conspiracy theroy and possibly reality.
