The team needs a culture change. We need a HC that will come in and smash skulls. A guy that knows how to win and has the creds to demand respect. None of that is easy, but we can’t draft our way out of a terrible culture.

I was very skeptical of Dan when he was promoted, and all my fears are coming true. I suspect Dan was hired because: 1) Good candidates declined interviews. 2) He was the only candidate who was excited about Bryce and doing everything possible to prove he was a good pick.

Garbage time Bryce playing against prevent defense looks good. Bryce playing against a defense that is trying, is terrible.
