Eberflus is just delaying his own inevitable firing. Williams has the physical attributes to succeed but needs some maturity in the worst way.

It seems pretty likely that Canales will move on from the lil' guy in the off season and get his own QB in here to sink or swim with. No coach in his right mind would stake his future career to BY.
