It is the QB for sure. They all know there is no chance with Bryce back there.

If we win more than 5 games this season, that to me would say that the Canales hire is a good one and he will be here for many years.

I'm going to have to see something in live game action to give me hope. I'm not just buying in because it has been a long off season and we have been inundated with fluff from the Panthers bot. Being better than last season is a very low bar to clear so I want to see significant improvement across the board.

We can argue over what precisely defines a true leader. But elite processing and elite leadership were two key attributes that were the justification to draft him #1.

At this point I'm seeing neither.

Supposedly Bryce is a smart guy so one can only imagine that he is beginning to realize that he does not have what it takes to play QB at a high level in the NFL. He probably is ready for the inevitable benching to hurry up and get here.

The urgency is generated by the QB. The rest of the offense follows his lead. This is what you get when you have a QB with an apathetic demeanor.

Lots of subtle Rhule bashing in that piece. Canales does sound like the real deal and seems to have won over the players. You have to believe that it will eventually translate to a winning program.

5-12, maybe 4-13 if we lose a close one we should have won. Bryce has a few moments but not enough overall and we move on to someone new at QB.

If Tepper does not get that money it will just go to some other boondoggle project. I'm all for spending it on BOFA stadium.

If you can get a spot in that dog pound lot that would be perfect for your seat location. There is also a lot a little bit further up morehead off of Winnifred. Great tailgate location and still a very short walk.

That's just wrong. I hope there is some sort of common ground that is worked out on this, especially with Pot being re-classified on the federal level.

I much prefer an alpha male like Cam behind center. BY is a meek little mouse who never shows emotion and spent the off-season watching Netflix. Get mad, get happy, get excited. Show us that you actually give a rat’s behind about this team. 

BY is not tied to Canales. I am sure Coach was given a directive to try his best to get the most out of BY but if the results do not improve dramatically, Canales will cut bait and pick his own guy next draft to sink or swim with.
