Like I said that analytic graph is the first one in 20 years that pays off. 95% of the top 24 WRs had at least one 2.1 or higher season in college, Brain Thomas Jr and DK Metcalf are the outliers. You see the guys 2.0 and lower, 95% have struggled in the NFL. Some are with great coaching minds and still..... Plus if NFL teams run zone 70% of time and you're too low IQ to get open in college..... I mean the numbers is batting around a .95 hit rate, you got to include that. I mean I will take the guys in 3s and someone else take the 1.8s......3 vs 3 is a first round 10 seconds KO. Its not a deal breaker, but the odds heavily favor anyone above 2.3 and anyone around 1.9 has been hella bad and teams invested 1s 2s ala Panthers......

One of the nerds that tracked this, out of the top 24 WRs in 2024/25 95%, I repeat 95% had at least one college season above 2.1 in their career. Exceptions: DK Metcalf & Brian Thomas Jr. Tmac came in at 2.3, that's the magic number for the cut off. You prefer to be above 2.3. Its scary how right this number is, lemon is best this yr at 3.22. As you see KO is among other struggling players, got to hope they are on this too....

That's what hit me hard, you have a legit 18 per year sack artist and he brought that for years along with heavy pressures etc. I mean take Hendrickson off the team, they are below Panthers in sacks, pressures, hurries, etc....he's that much of a impact. You don't want to pay him when the market is exploding and you got great years on the cheap.
