Neck injury is no joke. Yikes…

I agree with most that we will probably add a center in the draft.

I feel like he could pump up his ego by being one of the first to address it. Throw in some PR about putting the safety of the players above the cost or just make it a big deal in general.

Damn it. I got excited for a second…

Luke gave his stamp of approval so us fans got hyped up.

He had some medical issues but is back home recovering as of yesterday.

I mean he isn’t a HoF OT signing a 2 year $5 million dollar contract… He is a decent youth swing backup tackle. OL depth is never a bad thing.
-
We do need another pass rusher though
-
I guess it will unfold either way. If he looks the part the great we can get ready to complete this roster and make a run. If he struggles then we let our new staff pick their QB who should be in a better situation. I’m just here for the show.

The whole roster is close to turning over. The old HC and GM are gone. Now we see if Bryce is good enough or not. If he isn't he will lead us to his own replacement. No one can change what has already happened.

Brycs's dad picks between Keon, Ladd, AD & X

Was B the one with Mitchell? If so then B all the way for me too. I doubt he falls to 33 though… -
Oh he is a solid starter. Could possibly be great as a NB honestly. Yeah Pit already has Porter Jr they don't need a CB1.

https://www.derp/2024/2/12/24070329/final-2023-ratings-for-the-panthers-defense-per-pro-football-focus I know people are mixed on PFF, but this looks like a mid CB2 ranking to me. CB Donte Jackson 64.3 64th of 127

It’s deceptive because teams didn’t need to pass on us last year, they simply ran the ball, but whenever they needed they could pass on Jackson or any of our secondary. The random backup in Jacksonville cooked us. Jackson isn’t a CB1. You would not want him chasing WR1s all year. Horn is our CB1, he just can’t stay healthy.
-
Jackson is not a CB 1. He can be a CB 2, but is very streaky and has a little injury history. A streaky CB 2 isn’t worth what we were playing him. Morgan is also looking to revamp the whole culture for this team.

Oh I think most that doubt him would love to be wrong. We are all Panthers fans here after all. I just want to see a solid offense. It’s been a minute since we’ve had one… -

I mean it would be comical. A lot of Huddlers would have some egg on their face… -

Yeah like I’d prefer a big redzone threat or a deep jump ball WR or a fast deep threat to keep the defense honest. These players can really open up an offense. Again I won’t be mad with Ladd and I think he has a high floor as @MHS831said. -

I was talking to someone about this earlier and they had a good point. If we play in extending Diontae then Ladd makes less sense as they are similar players. I’ve been leaning towards AD lately but I’d be shocked if he is there at 33. The most ideal is a big bodied WR X type WR. A speedy deep threat would work too. -

Smith wanted Mingo too -
I think he is a motivational speaker or psychologist or something if I remember correctly.

What were the other options?
