    Just a bad team .500 record is misleading. Good teams win games by taking advantage of end of first half and beginning of second half situations to build leads. Not surprisingly our biggest weakness.

    I think we need to see more but a 5th year option gives you more time to evaluate and also gives team leverage in negotiations if his performance drastically improves.
