Official Week 4: Panthers at Patriots Gameday ThreadPleaseCutStewart replied to Captain Morgan's topic in Carolina Panthers Today is what made it the first time?? They have looked this bad in about half of the games they have played for the Bryce era

Official Week 4: Panthers at Patriots Gameday ThreadPleaseCutStewart replied to Captain Morgan's topic in Carolina Panthers I think it's safe to say both are a problem. Canales has no business being an NFL head coach and Bryce has no business being an NFL QB. Combined - they are the worst thing imaginable for an NFL team's offense...

Official Week 4: Panthers at Patriots Gameday ThreadPleaseCutStewart replied to Captain Morgan's topic in Carolina Panthers I still don't know how the falcons looked so awful against us last week... I don't think there's a worse team in the NFL than us except for maybe the saints

Official Week 4: Panthers at Patriots Gameday ThreadPleaseCutStewart replied to Captain Morgan's topic in Carolina Panthers Well, at least they gave us 5 minutes of false hope that we might actually win a road game this week...

Ballsy move talking poo about our fans when you lose 30-0... By that logic, playing in a "not sleepy" stadium means they will lose by 60?
-
Agreed - liked him in camp/preseason and like how he played last week. Definitely a good #4 receiver behind tet, renfrow, and Coker (when he comes back). I'm ready to be done with legette

It was nice to see Evero actually change up his defense a bit that game. More Cover 2 looks and more blitzes. None of that BS cover 3 zone every single play and get picked apart between the hashes because our LBs are crap in coverage

Is Mike Jack already the 2nd best trade in Panthers history?PleaseCutStewart replied to Basbear's topic in Carolina Panthers The trade that netted us Moton was pretty good. Think we traded away Kony Ealy for a 2nd round pick and drafted Moton with it Edit: Forgot we also gave away a draft pick, so it wasn't that good

The one thing we can all probably agree on is that our run defense has been much better so far this year than last year. Outside of the one long run and the Jacksonville game, the Kyler run in the Arizona game, and 1 run in the Atlanta game, the run D has been pretty damn good

Jared Feinberg's Falcons v Panthers film breakdownPleaseCutStewart replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers I mean... If being good at toss blocks is your only good quality as a WR, you probably aren't good... Much easier to use him solely in that role when the falcons can't score a single point

We can swap Nick Scott for free for him, right?...

Texans are a train wreck right now - it will soon become a question of whether they finish worse than the Titans or not. Chiefs very well could - they still have an elite coach, elite QB, and very good defense

Corners have definitely played great so far this year. Talent was never the question for Horn; it's whether he can stay healthy or not

We run a fair amount of big nickel under Evero, so we can very easily play 3 safeties between Moehrig, Ransom, and Richardson. Honestly, I would rather that and have 1 less LB on the field between Roseboom/Wallace. I thought Moehrig played a good game against ATL and don't really understand why his tackling grade is so high and his run defense grade is so low for PFF. I don't recall him having a lot of plays where he took bad angles or something similar on run plays (things that I assume would lower run defense grades).

panthers offense 30 of 32 in yards per playPleaseCutStewart replied to fanpanther's topic in Carolina Panthers Wait! You are telling me there are somehow 2 offenses that are more pathetic than us?

	Wasn't Mingo from Ole Miss...

We never sweep Atlanta - no matter how good or bad each team is

Yesterday takes nothing away that our offense still looks like complete ass with Bryce at quarterback. Sure, we can go 9-8 if our defense gets a shutout eight more times this season...

Sanders to miss weeks to high ankle sprainPleaseCutStewart replied to kungfoodude's topic in Carolina Panthers Honestly glad it's a high ankle sprain and not torn knee ligaments. He looked like he couldn't put any weight on his knee yesterday
-
Yeah, let's blame the wide receiver coach when your quarterback is color blind and only threw to our DBs... Apparently we broke the falcons

Wouldn't be the worst with T-Mac and Tremayne on the outside and Coker in the slot. I still think my preference is T-Mac and Tremayne outside and Renfrow in the slot for now (until Coker comes back). Renfrow didn't have a good day yesterday, but I think he played well the 1st 2 weeks. Bryce having a noodle arm and not being able to throw an accurate deep ball to Renfrow is the only reason his stats aren't much better.
