The QB School : Breaking down AR and Levis
jb2288 replied to Your GFs favorite huddler's topic in Carolina Panthers
I also hope we don't pick Levis BUT if we do I'll just remember how stupid I thought the Bills were for picking Josh Allen. Or the Ravens for Lamar. NFL QBs are such a crap shoot -
I hope we’re already on the phone with Evero
-
That’s so tough cause we all know Rhule had way more power here than he should have. I’m really interested to see how Fitt is with a real NFL staff
-
Your point “A” and also Steve Wilks is not a good coach. We just had the bar so insanely low from Rhule that we thought he was good but in reality he is average at best and a good coach would’ve gone 8-4 or better with our roster and joke of a schedule.

God damn he throws a nice ball, are there rules against HC also playing a few drives?
-
Sam is like that toxic ex you keep going back to. I keep telling myself I’m completely done with Darnold then we go and hire a QB whisperer who is known to help QBs thrive. Then you look at Sam’s prior situations and realize he’s never had a good coach. Then you remember how insanely talented his arm is. See I’m doing it now
-
I don’t think Wentz is coming here but just seeing those stats of how good he was under Reich vs how awful he’s been without him has me WOOLY
-
I love Stroud, but honestly thought more BY. For toughness and decision making I don't think you can find better than Young
-
Bozeman and Pinero are 100%. Shaq if the money is right. Would be very nice to not have to go find a new LB this draft since we are really needing a QB, WR and DE
-
Just curious as you said he failed with Phillip Rivers while going 11-5… what is your expectation for a good season?
-
How can you make this argument and not include the 11, 10, and 9 win seasons he had (also conveniently left off Wilks 3-13 HC record)
-
who is Wilkes and why would you rather have them
-
Okay but you clearly have not watched him. He's literally known around NFL circles as one of the better in game coaches for offensive adjustments
-
The record that he didn’t coach more than half of those games…. Okay got it…….
-
Can you give any reason you hate Reich besides he isn’t the guy you wanted to hire?
-
He doesn’t know cause he made it up
-
when ppl say stuff like this do they realize he got 11 wins with Jacoby freakin Brisset and the worst owner in the league? i just dont understand how you come to this conclusion

Coaching Interview Thread IV: A New Hope

This is a multi billion dollar organization. There's no "deserves a shot", I'm so tired of hearing that. -
Coaching Interview Thread IV: A New Hope

holy poo this would be the dumbest and most disastrous thing ever. It's time to move past Wilks. Especially if you could get Fangio or Evero. I don't want Wilks but it goes the other way too, no way you could have Reich as the OC if he loses out to Wilks for HC -
Wilks is just a very prototypical 1995 to 2010 good coach, he is not a head coach in the current NFL. Don't know how anyone can think otherwise after watching him coach us all season. He would bring us perpetual 7 to 9 win seasons with a wild card exit every few years.
-
Something I haven't seen mentioned much here... Colts had an atrocious OL this year. If Reich gets the job and he is able to go draft his guy he can immediately put him behind a top 10 OL
-
Underwhelmed BUT sometimes that is good. Dallas didn't want McCarthy cause underwhelming but he's been very solid there. I'd take Reich and Fangio and be happy. Will kms if it's Wilks
