We sure do spend a lot of time churning through players that probably won't make an NFL roster. The bottom half of our roster isn't worth evaluating. Handful of our starters wouldn't make other teams.

I didn't like him as a passer in college. Didn't think he'd translate to the NFL very easily. His stats look pretty good, but he limited the Michigan offense quite a bit. I saw him as like 3rd round pick or later.

Every discussion will turn towards Bryce because its the biggest move we've ever made. The team bet everything on him. That's all that matters right now. Regardless of how you feel about it, I think most would agree that Bryce is one of the only things that matters this year.

I thought the Patriots were going to cycle QBs like forward lines in hockey, because each drive it was like a different QB came out. But Maye only got that one drive and then he's on the pine. I guess they're trying to figure out if they want to keep Zappe or not.

Maybe until Andy's healthy. He's one of the better 2nd string QBs. And I'm not saying he's good. Its just most backups are awful. He's alright.

It’s like when John Fox would be shown clapping after a fumble and people would lose it. We don’t really know what goes on if we’re not in the locker room. But yeah I was just alarmed by the vibe of game 1. Even though it’s just preseason, I would expect to see guys that care about doing well when they’re out there. A lot of these guys are fighting for a roster spot, but they’re dropping balls and cutting up and whatever. It’s puzzling. Hopefully it’s just a bump and they’ll figure it out.
