Hard to say what will happen. You never like to get a team coming off a loss but the Bengals have been bad so far this year. I like our running game against their defense, but I don’t like their passing game against our defense. We will need the pass rush to step up and probably 30+ out of the offense. Not impossible but it will be a tall order. I’m just glad we have watchable football where we can discuss this again.

Only thing I’m concerned about is we have 0 pass rush. Burrow can pick apart a defense if he has 10 seconds to throw every play.

I don't think Bryce has NFL tools, so it's a moot point anyways. But I think his regression this year is due to being overly concerned with the pass rush. I can't remember which analyst mentioned it, but they said his eyes are going down way too fast this year. That's a death knell for a QB's confidence.

He's bad man. I don't know why some are getting caught up in some throws he made late in the last preseason game. He looked like absolute dog poo until he was playing with people that weren't gonna be in the NFL in a week. He came in after Bryce and couldn't do anything until anyone who could sniff an NFL roster spot left the game.

The offensive line is the biggest surprise for me this year. I figured signing two guards wasn't going to move the needle much if we didn't have a center and Icky couldn't play. But they are absolutely pushing people around in the run game, and doing a great job in pass protection as well. Austin Corbett looks pretty good, but it makes me wonder if being sandwiched between 2 good guards is helping as well.

If Darnold keeps this up he's gonna get a massive contract. No thank you.
