  1. The team is devoid of talent and so is the top of the draft. Take the best chip that falls. It's that simple.
  2. Is it too late to fail Rantanen on a physical like the Lakers? Lol
  3. Yea that honestly killed it for me. The draft is way too deep at RB. But a good troll thread can be fun.
  4. After winning the Mountain West Championship, Jeanty finished his post game interview with “I’m a dog and I put that on display every week.” He might as well have said, “Dan Morgan. Draft me brother”
  5. I’m cool with TMac if Warren is off the board. Somehow I suspect Dan and co have a similar big board. Safety in round 2 after that though? Bruh moment.
  6. Mike Jackson did what Diontae Johnson could have done. Got himself a fat contract in free agency.
  7. This conclusion from a scouting report on bleacher report makes basically summarizes the issues I have with Walker at 8. Another low floor project? No thanks.
  8. I’m taking Warren and hitting up dline later in the draft. If those are the choices.
  9. I was talking about Ian Thomas lol. Mike Jackson is as good as gone. He's going to get overpaid. But in all seriousness I thought I saw something that said the team expected to let Thomas walk.
  10. Seems like the worst draft to have number 1 overall in a while
  11. I’m with you here. He played at the highest levels of college and shined brilliantly. There’s no better indicator of being NFL ready. Sure it’s not 100%, but that doesn’t exist. Look at it this way. He made people think Drew Allar could play QB.
  12. I never said he shouldn’t be able to prove himself. I just think it’s silly to pass on a pass catching TE when JT Sanders hasn’t proven he’s the next Greg Olsen. I thought JT showed some flashes, but he’s got a long way to go. PFF had him ranked 37/37 TEs.
  13. I’m not defending Sanders as a prospect. He just doesn’t need to participate in the combine to trick a team into picking him in the top 5. He’s already done that. The potential downside of looking bad at the combine outweighs the positives of being selected 1st instead of 3rd overall
  14. Yea the early part of the season showed some promise, but it’s been terrible for a while now.
  15. What do you mean? He's going to be picked in the top of the draft. He gains nothing by participating.
  16. It gives us another shot at a TE panning out. Something JT may or may not ever do.
  17. JT Sanders is not good enough to be penciled in as our only receiving TE.
  18. That would be the best way of handling it, but I’m betting an extension is coming. They’ll use the cap savings to add free agents.
