You can't start firing people during or after their first season, that hurts the team even more. You'll get no stability within the staff if you're constantly hiring then firing people like that. Plus it's just wasting money. I disagree completely.

    Unless you're in some scandal, or some outrageous situation, a coach should NEVER be fired after one season. It's beyond stupid, I've always said, and still say, that they should be given 3 years.
