It's important to differentiate criticism and hate. I can't speak for that individual you quoted. But most people who have been critical of the Tepper's have been so because both of them have made it a point to put themselves front and center and in the middle of team operations and we have been largely horrific more often than not as a result. If people are making derogatory remarks about her that should be met with an appropriate response but if people are being defensive just because she's being criticized all I can say is people should get used to it. Both her and David would have been getting absolutely skewered by the media and the fans if this were a big market franchise. The Lakers are finally being sold off after years and years of public criticism of Jeannie Buss and even though I'm the furthest you could go from being a Lakers fan just about anyone you could meet who is familiar with the NBA would say the criticism was certainly valid.

I'd tend to be on the side of not tempting fate on this subject and be perceived as possibly dunking on others for being injured considering we had a physical specimen at QB whose body broke down and ended his career early. Then there's also the Christian McCaffrey saga that is continuing in San Francisco now. In this sport anything can happen to anyone sometimes it just boils down to plain luck.

It would be playing with fire. Some franchises can get away with it. We are not one of them. Too much youth and inexperience. Back to back years starting out the season with 2 road games right off the bat we need to hit the ground running to avoid another repeat of last season.

The next time a contrarian barrels in here trying to tell other people to be nice to the Tepper's just show them this.

Are they really back to pushing new cringy slogans? Keep Pounding!

I do think updated uniforms are happening one way or another within the next few years. But I would say we should hope for more of a tweak here and there versus new uniforms from top to bottom. The track record for teams that underwent a complete uniform refresh seems to be either underwhelming or outright trash looking back the last decade or two.

No sense getting this worked up before training camp geez. There will be plenty to argue about then.

I definitely can appreciate the enthusiasm but for right now I'd just like to see a much improved team culture and maybe a winning season and go from there.
-
I like the progress on the goal line but definitely need to see the work from the passing offense in the middle of the field improve. It's been a problem area for us for some time now. Credit to our new safety though.

Now THIS is the news we need.

I like the confidence. Hopefully he's going to bring some swagger to the upcoming season. It will translate to the rest of the locker room.

Absolutely any Panthers fan should feel the same. On the flip side I am glad the Panthers are changing gears and prioritizing developing their young roster. I know we all long for the days of how fun the 2015 season was but being realistic outside of that the Rivera years had a tendency to be loyal to aging vets to a fault and as such we still never had consecutive winning seasons.

I've been skeptical of some things and the Brooks pick was a tough lesson for him. But I do like Dan Morgan a great deal and I like what he is trying to do here for the culture and I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt so long as this year and last years draft class develops well and we are trending upward this season going into 2026. Now we just need Dave Canales and staff to get to work and hold up their end of the bargain.
-
The fact that the Packers are moving on says enough for me. I just can't buy into the "one player away" esque signings until we see how this new young roster performs in the upcoming season. This is a development and evaluation year.

We couldn't fix everything in a single offseason and trying so in the past has gotten is into even worse circumstances. There's also the reality that while we are optimistic right now it's unlikely we will be competing for much this season. Next season we can further build on this roster and improve areas of need and hopefully be ready to make a legitimate playoff push.
-
Rodgers couldn't get back to the Super Bowl in his best years in the NFC which has weakened significantly over the last decade. The odds of him leading the Steelers to a deep postseason run in this iteration of the AFC with pissed off teams out looking for revenge like the Chiefs Bills and Ravens is nil.
-
While I agree with you in spirit my gut and my heart says I'm not falling for this again until I see consistent results across the entire upcoming season. Then I'll breathe a sigh of relief and truly feel better about the future.

After some time to process and also in light of other small markets being successful and not requiring top overall picks to compete. This years finals looming large. While I readily acknowledge the league office clearly despises our franchise and has absolutely no qualms about us getting the short end of any stick in the draft lottery. The Hornets may just be doomed regardless due to their own mismanagement and inability to draft and develop legitimate playoff worthy talent. And we seemingly always pick the wrong player in the draft. I mean at this point we can even take a hard look at the 2020 draft and someone like Haliburton going pick 12 while Ball went 3rd. Did we draft the wrong guy or are we just that inept at any level of talent development or is it a mixture of both? Looks the latter right now.

I think most people in the fanbase like XL he has that kind of personality that folks gravitate to. But visibility as an athlete for a losing franchise can be a double edged sword. You've got to show juice on the field that's the most important step to build a brand outside of football. If not fair or not the same folks will let you hear it. For that reason I just want to see him live his best life on and off the field however he sees fit as long as our franchise is moving in a better direction.

At least he was nice about it.

Rehashing it now just for fun? Even Bryce himself admitted his shortcomings and at times disinterested energy before the benching. I can see why you spend as much time as you do on twitter. Toxic needs toxic. Hopefully your day gets better my friend. -

Ironically a great example of why your constant complaints of trolls and haters falls on deaf ears with most here now. -

I'm confused why we're throwing a grenade about Netflix in here after all the complaints that have transpired about Bryce threads being derailed in the past. The phrase "do as I say not as I do" comes to mind. It was what anyone that has any basic expectations for this franchise would be able to agree was an unwise and ill timed remark from a first overall pick following a brutal rookie season. He made a mistake. He's seem to have learned from it and used that and other negative on field experiences to reshape his trajectory for the better going forward. We are now waiting to see him take the next crucial steps forward this season and we hope he does. There's no reason for anyone to bring it up unless they are just wanting a fight which seems utterly pointless in June. But I guess have at it if you're bored.
