We aren't going to see eye to eye that's okay. But the Panthers history speaks for itself. In all these years our two best wide receivers were Steve Smith and Moose. Moore was possibly working his way into the conversation if he could ever get a real QB to work with. Fields has been up and down and at times downright awful but his potential has always been much higher than Sam Darnold. We should be ashamed for saddling Moore with that bum after having years of tape of him being terrible in NY with the Jets. Going back to our receiving history if we are being honest man it's not looking good that we are going to back our way into another DJ Moore anytime soon. Remember how many years it was when we were hoping whichever WR we drafted would just morph into a #1? We have so many duds and almost no hits. One of our greatest receivers was a TE (Olsen). If we have any chance of redeeming ourselves from this mess it's going to require a full housecleaning and the Tepper's to remove themselves from the picture and stop meddling. But that doesn't seem likely.

Well if your answer is no I am going to have to respectfully argue your judgment is clouded. Panthers fan or not he has concerns. We can live in reality or we can exist in fantasy land and play pretend. As for CJ. I cannot say how he would be doing here neither can you. But the reality is his situation was supposed to be significantly worse. He's making those around him better the same as he did at Ohio State. Do you think they miss his arm talent there at all now? The proof is in the pudding my friend.

Brother we both know your takes on Moore weren't just a couple short posts and that's it. You spent months telling us he was not a #1. I went back and forth with you many a time. I respect your posting and you're a cool guy don't mistake a little extra ribbing for hating. If you feel I'm going overboard be straight up and I'll drop it. If Jeudy is our only option I'll take him but my gut says that probably ends up like another Robbie Anderson situation. If he's unhappy in Denver we are as volatile or worse in comparison we've been floundering for almost 5 years now. Bringing Young into this is reaching and you know it. And furthermore after all your posts about Moore not being this and not being that despite him actually putting up big numbers with mediocre QB's calling me a hater is rich. Moore had proven plenty when you made those posts about him Bryce hasn't. You can do better than that man.

I've been pro-Burns but you can't deny his disappearances. It's looking like we should have figured out a way to keep DJ and trade him. Moore and Brown should have been the only two off limits if we were making a move for a franchise QB.

If Howell needs a breather from all those QB hurries and sacks just forget to wear a tie.

Let's make it easy. We will move on from the blame game. I'll just ask you straight up. We both agree Bryce Young has talent he has plenty of potential. But with what we know now. After seeing how all the top 3 QB's have perfomed to this point do you have any level of concern about Young's phsyical limitations?

Reich is poo but it should be fairly obvious at this point some of the offensive scheme is built around Bryce Young's deficiencies that were known before the draft. There's only so much any coach is going to be able to do to compensate for Bryce Young's phsyical limitations. This was the risk with the pick.

Bryce Young ran predominantly out of the shotgun throughout his time at Alabama. This was talked about before the draft but like other concerns it was shouted down.

This honestly is one of the worst front office/ownership groups in the last 2 decades minimum. Only the Browns have been worse and even that could be debatable because at least they hit on some players here and there with all those picks they had. Our drafts have been basically Jaycee Horn and a bunch of role players at best and the rest just garbage. Fitterer deserves to not only be canned but ridiculed for the next few years. Yup. I argued with folks about this for years and still couldn't get through. Now look at us.

McCaffrey is benefiting immensely and producing because of the offense ran by Shanahan. DJ Moore is producing with Justin Fields on one of the league's worst consistently ran franchises. If we were to undue any trade it would be giving away Moore for the worst of the top 3 QB's in this years draft.

One single touchdown would be a start. Baby steps.
