I force fed myself the broadcast replay of the 2nd half. In conclusion, just play Eason. He looked like he wanted to do it, 3 days of prep with no training camp or even scout team reps all year and he looked comfortable. He forced that ball that was tipped into an interception, but it was 1st and goal and should have been a run play in the first place. We're gonna suck anyway so give us a few weeks of Eason with "Injured" PJ or Darnold as the emergency QB2's

I think they were just hoping to pay a couple Vets from the pre-Rhule days to provide some kind of crossover. Don't get me wrong, we suck. But they really don't call any offensive holding yet if a D-line guy still manages to get to the QB it's roughing the passer or whatever 50% of the time. I've never seen so much blatant holding by the O-line go uncalled before the last couple seasons

YGM just gonna play out his contract then sign a bunch of one year vet min deals wherever. Shaq will get cut next year, No one is trading anything for either guy. Hopefully we draft a legit QB next year then actually build a decent team around our core players in 2024.

Appreciate the cliff notes. I got halfway through the 3rd quarter replay the night of the game. I did notice Elf snapping the ball almost over PJ's shoulder at least once, and sometimes with Baker it's at his shins. On top of that at least judging by CMC's nextgen stats he gets not push up the middle in run plays. No reason not to put in Bozeman since we already paid him. I'll finish the last quarter of the game later today, I wish we got a bigger sample size from Eason but from all the college and preseason clips I've seen he just doesn't really play to his size. Almost awkwardly tall, gets sacked easily when pressure gets to him instead of powering through like you'd hope someone his size would.

So he didn't really give a sh*t about being as Rhule guy anyway. Temple guys probably just came for the money and soft coaching
