  1. Returner is a liiiiiittle low on the list when rebooting a roster.
  2. Tremble has all of the makings of a quality H-back. Can line up as a TE or FB, block or catch passes, destroy or maim, etc. Really looking forward to preseason when he gets to be in pads hitting defenders in the mouth.
  3. Hindsight is showing that moving on from Cam was the best move. He was still having physical issues last season, not including COVID. Fields was available, but do you burn your first two picks on QB or do you burn just one? Considering that they had already spend a 2nd on Darnold due to uncertainty on where the chips would fall in the 1st, they made the best move there as well imo. Would we rather have FIelds/Darnold with DJack/Bouye/Pride Jr or would we rather have Darnold/QB2 with Horn/DJack/Bouye? I'd personally take the latter, especially given the flexibility with Darnold's contract.
  4. Definitely would like to see some churn in regards to depth for safety, QB2, back-up LBs, and every position on the OL except for Moton's. Let's not forget that this is year 2 for the coaching staff. A complete roster overhaul isn't done in just a season, especially a season that was affected by a pandemic. With that considered, they've done an excellent job stocking the WRs, CBs, RBs, and DL. Hopefully we'll see that the TE group's overhaul was successful and we're left with just S, OL, and LB to finish shoring up. The fact that we have competent starters at LB and Jeremy f'n Chinn at safety helps tremendously with those areas. I don't think we'll see what some of the young OL guys are really capable of until later in the season or maybe even next. If at least one of Little or Daley can step up, that'd be a big help.
  5. As a game overall, it's terribad. Glitches galore, but very rarely does it effect the actual game itself so that's nice (you know it's bad when day 1 the ball is glitching out during TD celebrations, but that's just aesthetic issues). As a football game tho? It's gotten a LOT better. I just hate that they keep calling it a simulation. I play primarily online ranked and exclusively as the Panthers. It's gotten MUCH better in regards to folks just rolling out of the pocket and chucking it deep after a few audibled routes. Burns in QB spy while rushing 3 and dropping the rest into zone while controlling an LB usually stops a lot of the bullshit that folks like to get away with. The nano-blitzes not being as plentiful either has also been nice. Been waffling on picking it up, but I'll go ahead and preorder today. I hate that they spend so much time on MUT, but that's their big money maker so I get it.
  6. Threads like these are always great for finding out who needs to be added to the ignore list.
  7. I'd rather see what Sam has, considering that he was the 3rd overall pick when he went in the draft and we got him on his rookie contract for just a 2nd. Even then, it's not going to matter much who is behind an OL that still needs answers at 3 (4 after Paradis' deal is up) of the 5 positions on it. Plus, you know, Watson is a sexual predator. Man that pains me to say... but the truth hurts sometimes.
  8. Because the quality is better (plus reduced labor since they're the right size for the buns apparently) https://www.latimes.com/business/story/2020-01-29/little-chicken-chick-fil-a-popeyes Popeye's nuggets are amazing as well... but if Raising Cane's throws their hat into the fray for the chicken sandwich war... omg
  9. @Mr. Scot Confirmed. I KNOW THAT YOU'RE READING THIS WILL AND YOU SHOULD FEEL TERRIBLE ABOUT YOUR CHICKEN SANDWICH ASSESSMENT
  10. Bo's sammich is definitely a whiff. I still get the cajun filet biscuit instead. But Popeye's @ #3 when they're clear the best? That list is criminal.
  11. @Zodhas an answer for all of the "How does <insert player> look?"
  12. I'm so excited that I might just watch these two teams that I absolutely loathe
  13. Not the left leg as initially thought by Person, but rather the third leg.
  14. Will has to be a poster on the Huddle with an opinion this terrible. How dare he soil the training camp tweets with this atrocious ranking.
  15. Looks like a left leg/knee injury according to Person
  16. Jones isn't dressed for practice today. On site in a cap tho.
  17. Looks like Teddy's comments about 2-minute/redzone practice were true
