They beat Georgia, yes but that’s the same Georgia that went to 8 OT with GT and if the refs were actually watching that game Georgia would have lost to the 5th ranked ACC team AT HOME

Not to me, Vandy plays in the SEC as well. Just because you play in a conference doesn’t automatically make you great. Honestly, SEC teams are arbitrarily over ranked ever year making their SOS look better. For instance a .500 Vandy team got ranked in the top 25 one time this year, at number 25, guess who they were playing the next week?

Texas has only beaten 2 teams with 7 or more wins, they are incredibly over hyped.

Agree with most, T-Mac if we can get him. Next few rounds all D. I would probably try to add some o-line depth in the later rounds just to see if we could get something to stick, especially if we are in danger of losing any of the current guys. If T-Mac isn't there then I would try to trade back and load up on all D through the early rounds with the same mindset for later rounds as above. Trading back probably makes the most sense, loading up on draft capital to fill as many holes as we can on the D but with the way Bryce is progressing right now, I wouldn't mind teaming him up with what I believe will be a true number 1 WR. Think about it, I could see T-Mac and X on the outside with Coker in three WR sets with Adam running the slot, Chubba and Brooks in the backfield with a decent o-line. Sanders before the injury was looking good as well. As crazy as it sounds, the O would be set for years to come...if Bryce keeps developing, and cheap.

NIL has made things more even in my opinion. Top players aren’t looking to go to Alabama or Georgia per se, they are looking for the school that’s going to pay them the most money. In other words, talent isn’t as top heavy anymore

I’m not sure I’ll have to look that up but honestly, to me, it does t matter. You have to play the games on the field and on your schedule. Doesn’t matter if it’s week one or week 12, a conference that is light years behind another conference shouldn’t be in the conversation of any wins against them, again week one or week 12

I’m curious as to why you say this? You know the ACC won the head to head last year…right? 7-5. You think that because you’ve been feed that for years. I wouldn’t be surprised if the ACC wins head to head again this year. Not to mention, the SEC hasn’t been the top conference in bowl games for a few years now, they are not what we’ve all been told. It’s easy to win a bunch of nattys when fat guys smoking cigars in a room, paid for by the SEC committee puts you in the championship game ever year. Just look at last year, and Alabama was 1 and done…but money talks

No but they will more than likely get 2. The funny thing is, the SEC has a chance to only get 1. If GT beats Georgia this weekend the only way Georgia gets in is if they beat Texas then what happens to Texas. Clemson beats SC, they will be the higher rank out of Alabama, Texas AM and Ole Miss Vandy can beat Tennesse, if that happens Tennesse is out So I see SMU beating Miami, Miami is out Clemson and SMU from the ACC Texas or Georgia from the SEC

I’ve done my fair share of bashing on Bryce, not today! I’m not eating crow just yet but against a good D, he put in work and deserves credit. He played like an NFL QB today and I enjoyed watching him play.

I know we gave up 30 points but the D looked good, Bryce looked solid, the oline looked good, Eddie looked good, Coaches did a good job. It was a fun game and I never thought I would say that with Bryce under center! Good job lil bro

Don’t bet on Texas taking care of A&M, Texas has played one team this year with 7 or more wins, in that game they got stomped. Another reason why I posted above about the ACC getting exposed. Texas hasn’t beaten anyone and they are the top of the SEC. Alabama should have lost to SC, did lose to unranked OU and Vandy. Ole Miss just sucks, they have Georgia and that’s about it. I see GT beating Georgia next week, in fact I see Clemson beating SC, Louisville over Kentucky and Florida over FSU

I don’t get this, I know that is the popular thought process but I just don’t think it’s true. For instance head to head last year the ACC had a winning record against the SEC. The SEC had a losing record in bowl games. This year so far the head to head is 2-3 SEC and that’s with a fluke Vandy win in week one. I see the ACC taking another head to head winning season after next week. The SEC is mostly hype with 3 good teams, in my opinion. But to say any ACC team would get exposed I believe is a stretch
