Nothing matters until the team gets healthy. It’s missing half the team. Can close out leads. Can’t even forecheck. Defense is absolutely toast. That’s the strongest part of the canes. Our best player Slavin is out our best free agent. Out. I’m sure they would play if it’s the playoffs but the team isn’t good becasue that. Gotta tread water until then

The team is just to hurt to close the game now. They don’t have the depth and we need our starters. You can get away with this versus the Islanders, but against top shelf teams, like the stars and Vegas not so much.
