My thing is people were viewing him as the only bright spot from the 23-24 season. Coming into the season he was viewed as a legit DC with upside to possibly get a HC job. Now we flipped on him after 1 season in which he literally had nothing to work with. All this change is cool, but I would prefer we try to create some stability with the coaching staff. Get some talent on defense and let's see what Evero can do in year 3. If he doesn't improve with better talent then we can move on. I would hate to lose him and he go balls out with a better defensive roster with another team.

I haven't really watched Abdul Carter, but after seeing no pass rush all season I wouldn't be mad at it.

Evero is not the problem. Anybody with a clear eye can see he has nothing to work with. Name me a decent player besides Horn and Clowney? You need talent to be successful as a coach. This is for every sport.

Joe Burrow is a top 3 QB and his team might not even make the playoffs. Sure having a great young QB is a good foundation, but even the elite guys need some help to be consistent. If Burrow and the Bengals aren't a sure thing and they made the SB how are the Chargers and Broncos any different with lesser talented young QB's? Who had Sam Darnold, Baker Mayfield, Russell Wilson in the playoffs before the season? Each season brings something unexpected. The Broncos and Chargers could decline next season for all we know. The Chiefs are the only sure thing in the NFL at the moment. Everyone else trying to reach that level of sustained success.

The Chiefs sure. But everyone else has that same problem. Chargers/Broncos haven't proved anything they just have good young QBs. This is football at the end of the day. If you concerned about what division you're playing in then you probably not ready to be in the NFL anyway. I'm sure Sanders is looking at the city first and foremost.

Wait how are the Raiders the worst situation? Do you realize the sleeping Giant that is Brock Bowers? That kid is the next great TE and I would take him over any WR not named Jefferson or Chase. That's absolutely the best spot for Shedeur. People pay attention to Bowers he's literally putting up insane numbers with 3rd string QBs. I hate to see him with a legit QB.

All I know there are a lot of miserable people on this board. There is no way you wake up everyday in life and hate on a specific player. At some point you have to ask yourself why are you even a Panthers fan if all you do is hate and find a reason to talk negative about a specific player. Its really simple get Bryce a #1 WR preferably in the draft with Tmac. If not I guess we have to trade or sign Higgins. Other than that you clearly need to draft all defense for the rest of the draft. If we can get a couple of starters in FA on defense that would also help. We have a lot to improve, but it's pretty much all on the defense after we get a #1 WR.
