    They had plenty of fire second period, just can’t seem to put it together to score. Special teams was the losing difference.

    Chemistry didn’t appear to be there, maybe the Svech - Roslogic swap was a factor in that. Fourth line Robinson Drury and Blake did play together in a preseason game.

    I didn’t get to watch or listen to the game we just now got cable and wifi back. At least we didn’t lose power. Just in time for the Braves - Mets game(s) tomorrow had to listen on the radio today.

    The only puck Kootchie didn’t stop he was screened by a Canes and a TB player, he made some amazing saves. Heimosalmi shot that may have been tipped by Jost wins the game with only 44 seconds left.

    Need for Speed Goal scorers are what the Canes need of course, but speed is part of the Canes game. Below are a couple of ways speed has been measured for Marty Necas and Jack Roslovic.

    Ok I understand the logic there. As I said I’m on the side of hoping he performs well and the team is still a contender.

    Why would the Canes want to trade Necas and for what? He's the best skater on the team and moves the puck up court better than most on the team imho. He had 9 points in 11 playoff games this past season. I’m hoping he stays and gets back to 22-23 season form when he had 71 points.
