Gonna add, Canes earned this win with a 4 minute PK and one sided terrible officiating.

Also props for the Panthers- Slavin was Slavin and Kotch stopped 45 of 45 SOG (now revised up from 44 SOG). Now for a reality check- with all the post and bar hits and wide open net chances missed by both sides, this could have easily been a 3-2 game either way. Canes allowed 45 SOG and lost faceoffs 61% to 39%. You can’t do that and expect to beat a team in a series counting on any goalie to save you every time. Canes have to do better the next time they play the Panthers.
