  1. Hope is legit now, no longer manufactured propaganda based off nothing. Just to be looking at the defense as our problem is a huge step away from the suckage of the Bryce Young era. Overall you can't be unhappy with what we have seen the last two weeks, even counting today which wasn't great.
  2. It looked like he lost a catch letting it get into his body though. So it isn't nothing. And every criticism isn't putting him on Bryce level suck, but it's something he needs to work on. He had his first TD, it wasn't all bad.
  3. The big play the defense gave up was a reason they had the ball less time but I thought that was done. And we were playing from behind after the 1st quarter. I didn't understand the reliance on Sanders to take all those carries.
  4. And last week it kicked ass. Go figure. Sure, it all needs work and probably the first game trying to replace the glue that was Thielen, that may be a factor. You got stuff out of place and a 2nd year plus a rookie being moved up in the depth chart.
  5. I get that, but he is winning and they need to keep winning, makes sense to help him. DJ is a pretty good player and I think fits their team.
  6. That's going to take some review, because he sure as heck was today. He jumped unnecessarily in that 2 point attempt last week too, and I'd have to watch again but I don't think he needed to jump and it was a body catch too. If it's over his head or whenever he has to reach for it, then no body catch. That's my general impression.
  7. I actually ike him for Pittsburgh, he likes Fields, and they could stand to help Fields if they are going with him. (and it doesn't matter what I think about Darnold when I am looking for a possible match, it's on the club that would look at him, thinking who would look at him, that he might be amenable to)
  8. For some reason I don't expect that would make him happy enough to don the colors. You can kiss that sweet deal goodbye. I don't think he'd want to come back. (except for big money maybe) (and, they could say well that was Fitterer and Reich and they're gone...) How about Minnesota with Darnold and he keeps his helmet on? They had a pretty good thing. Next season. And he is also a Pittsburgh type maybe along the lines of Hines Ward. That gets him out of the division and the conference. This season maybe if he makes demands.
  9. Hey wait! Bring him back when the WRs are on IR and the OL is banged up and trot him out there. If he sucks we just wait for NFL Live and those people to hype him back up.
  10. Would you come back? I mean, he's worthy. Kind of like Moose, back from the Windy.
  11. Yep. To start with. But he looked really good the little I watched.
  12. Almost like Fouits. But Fouts is HOF. One year he threw 5 ints against Miami in the second round. Which I can't remember the WC era that could have been the championship game. I skimmed his wiki a minute ago because I wanted to be sure he didn't make a SB. Then I saw that about the one year and just stopped reading.
  13. I feel you. But anybody could do it, only the stars are sure to get away with it. It's like having fug You money in a way. Because a regular player does that.... it's fug you buddy.
  14. That team had more good wining regular seasons and so little playoff success, about what I remember. Schottenheimer, Turner... made no difference.
  15. I'd have to go back and see the roster differences, Eli was just kind of meh.
  16. fug Bryce and his offense killing, asset sucking, no playin' ass. And for being the reason we were set back four or five years. fug him fug fug him lol. I never want to see him in the stadium again. Entitled team killer.
  17. How is that sunshine pumping? It seems a realistic assessment, and not positive. I don't need sunglasses to process that.
  18. Couldn't pick up pressure as efficiently either as I recall. We just sucked against it, mostly because it was something we only saw a couple of time a season. Maybe.
  19. And this spans ownerships, coaching and GM changes. There really isn’t a common denominator to blame.
  20. David Tepper is why that is happening. Forced it on Rivera. At the same time the Panthers always had trouble blocking the 34.
