Tony Buzbee is hardly a nobody. He’s had multiple multimillion dollar verdicts, some more than 100 million. He’s taken on some very high profile cases against big corps and won. If there is even any scintilla of truth to these allegations then DW’s playing career is likely over. Tepper is an idiot if he still thinks this is a good idea.

Well that was consensual so

The guy representing these women isn’t some hack. He’s a highly successful attorney who has won a lot of big time cases. It’s too early to write this off as nothing.

The results under Tepper have been awful.

I sure as hell hope that this isn’t true. The first three years of this guy’s ownership have been a disaster anyway. I don’t know if he has a clue what he’s doing.

Yeah but he had the advantage of already being in the club as a minority owner, thus speeding up the vetting process. That was a significant factor in the deal. It’s not like he offered half of what Navarro put on the table. He knew he had the advantage of being vetted which was important to Richardson who wanted to be done quickly. Thus he might have saved pennies on a 2 billion dollar purchase.

What incentive does the guy who gets cut in the middle of the season and is pissed at his team have to keep the conspiracy quiet? I would think by now we’d have more than one malcontent who would have brought us some actual proof. Saying it doesn’t make it true.

Where is this copious evidence? I’m not talking about opinions or blanket statements like he made in this interview. Does he have something to show definitively that the game was rigged? An email? Or maybe another member of his team to back up the bold assertions that are made.

Yeah this clown is exposing the truth for us. Everyone else has somehow kept quiet.

14 is the outer limit, most will show within 5. At what point do we say that this virus is far enough within the bounds of acceptable risk for healthy people and just learn to deal with it being out there? If the NYC experience had not occurred we would be there now IMO.

Just completed my antibody test

I plan on getting this test this week. I came back from Florida mid-February and developed a nasty cough that lasted for about 3 weeks but no other symptoms. Did you just pay out of pocket at a private lab?

Read back a few pages and totally agree with the sentiments regarding stay at home. When and why did we move the goalposts from flatten the curve to minimize death at all costs? Is it because we are in an election year? I hate to be cynical but I feel like it's politician CYA time and they are playing a game that has a very high costs.

Sadly they would be more accurate than IHME, Imperial college and whatever this mecklenburg model came from.
