Cam will not get an offer anywhere else so he will either take a friendly deal or go back to the couch . Darnold is here because of his contract . A new coach will cut Walker . If we can do a good trade down in the first to around number 15 and get a 2nd or 3rd round pick we could get a QB and an O-line player . We then go O-line again in the 4th . Hopefully we get a good comp pick also .

Take the top LT in the draft or trade down a little for extra pics . Only take a QB if you are certain he is the franchise QB . Trade a CB to a team of need for a pic or vet O-line player . Keep Cam if he gives a team friendly deal . Trade PJ Walker if possible and let Jackson walk . Move CMC to the slot . Move Chinn back to LB or CB . Keep Fits and find a new coach .

Allow Rhule to finish the season . If we lose all the games our draft pick moves up . It gives Fits time to do a thorough coach search . A win win

While not ruling out a QB pick with our first pick , what if Cam plays well for the rest of our season . This could allow Fits to trade down in the first round to a lower first round pick . This would give us an extra pick in perhaps a lower 2nd or higher 3rd round pick . The writing was on the wall for Brady . When Rhule stated that we were going to be a run first team and Brady did not get the message , he was in trouble . During the press conference Rhule stated that he would evaluate the players and coaches . Brady was sent packing . We will see if this makes a difference or not . Fitts will be looking for a new OC and perhaps a new head coach if the team does not start to look improved .

O-Line ?

I think Fits might be looking at the situation and checking out the candidates . If Rhule leaves his contract is void . We would need a replacement before the draft and also looking at who to let walk and who to extend . Maybe Cam would offer a friendly deal and then we would have two QBs under contract next year . Fits needs to build the 0-line and that will improve our team . The D can stand pat ,but try to keep Gilmore and let Jackson walk .

Fitts has been in the league a long time . Tepper should ask him what does he thing the problem is . He should ask him if Brady is the problem and who should replace him . Get on the phone and bring that person in during the bye week . This would let Rhule know he is next and to get control of the team . If Rhule is the problem , then start the recruiting process now . This would get a jump start on other teams looking for a head coach . Either way we all know this team is better than their record .

We finally have a QB , CMC back, and a steady field goal kicker . We have a top defense and maybe an o-line that can hold it together . We have our mojo back ! Keep pounding !

Darnald looking in saying oh crap .

This was a wrong that is being corrected . Rivera ran Cam into the ground and then Hurney threw him out like yesterdays trash . I don't think Rhule had anything to do with that decision but maybe Tepper had a hand in it I don't know . This move will heal some wounds no matter how Cam plays . Cam took us to a superbowl and will always have a place in Carolina football history . Keep pounding !

Would you trade CMC today with the Titans for their 1st round pick next year . It would unload a big contract and give us two first next year . We are not going to make the playoffs this year and Fits could fix our QB situation or O-line with these picks . Hubbard and Ameer seems to do a good job and not as expensive ,

I don't think that it was a decision by Rhule to let Cam go . He had stated that he looked forward to coaching him . A lot depends on how long Sam will miss . A lot of fans want Cam to return if only for a few games . I don't know if he would take the offer . Its up to Fits and Tepper to make the call . Rhule will play the players given to him . He will have some input , but the big man will make the call .

Abdullah had a fine game today . It gave Hubbard some relief and something different for Atlanta to adjust to .

I was impressed with Abdullah today . He ran hard and can catch out of the backfield . Hubbard ran hard as well but does not do as well catching the ball . I was also impressed with Darnald today but he can't stay healthy running as much as he did today . He laid it all out for the win .

If you are looking to trade CMC go for a 1st and an O-line player . I believe in Fits .

The Texans are not holding the upper hand right now . They are paying a player with a big contract that is not playing and facing NFL sanctions and possible prison time . How can they ask a boat load of pics and players for a deal like that . You don't risk your franchise being set back 10 years on a gamble like that . Tepper wants a QB ,but he is not stupid . Trust the plan you have . Build the o-line next year in the draft and draft a young qb . With a better o-line Sam would not look so bad .

When Mimshew played against us he came within a whisker of beating a very good Panther team at that time . It was our offense that beat him .

Would you walk from a fat contract to go to a college job . He is set for life if he stays .

What would it take to get Mimshew to Carolina ? Jake was not a top QB but he had grit and a will to win . I just don't see that in Darnald . Mimshew is not a bad QB and at least could beat PJ as the backup and maybe replace Darnald .

Cam is probably sitting at home smoking a fine cigar laughing at this team right now . He is thinking they should have just kept me even with a bad shoulder . No offer would be enough to get him back .

If you pay a top QB top dollars then it takes away what you can pay the rest of the team . Just how much does a player have to make before he thinks about who he plays with . You must balance your checkbook often , Build through the draft and balance the rest of the vets. When the vets get too expensive make a trade .
